The teachers and staff have consistently exceeded our expectations in making our child adjust to the new environment and making learning fun and engaging. Adjustment time was needed (very sensitive child)to fit into a new environment. But with a welcoming and comforting environment, our child adjusted to school very well. Also, with the thoughtfully designed curriculum that promotes both academic readiness and essential social-emotional skills, our child is very excited about going to school every day now. Communication with parents is superb; the scheduled updates and photos make us feel connected and informed about her activities. The facility itself is bright, clean, and safe, offering a wonderful space for the children to explore and play. We highly recommend Full Circle Montessori School for families seeking a positive, enriching, and high-quality early childhood education experience.

The lack of communication, heavy screen time, and the way our son was feeling about himself made it clear that we needed a change. He would often come home saying he was a "bad kid" because he kept getting in trouble at school, which was hard to hear as a parent. Switching to Full Circle Montessori has been one of the best decisions we've made for our family. The difference in our son was noticeable within a few weeks. He's much more regulated coming home from school, and we've seen a noticeable boost in his self-confidence. One of the first things he told us after starting at Full Circle was how nice the teachers are he said they actually talk to him instead of yelling. That shift alone was huge for him, and for us. Academically, he was at the top of his class in public school, but that often led to boredom. Since he wasn't being challenged, he would try to socialize, which would get him in trouble. At Full Circle, he learns at his own pace with a hands-on approach that keeps him curious and engaged. If you have a child who isn't thriving in a traditional school setting or struggles with the sit-still-all-day model, we can't recommend Full Circle Montessori enough. It's been a truly positive and empowering experience for our son and for us as parents.

This school heard my concerns as a parent, welcomed him with open arms, lent us uniforms when we needed them, and gave him access to the amazing science curriculum. The teachers are amazing, warm, intelligent, and thorough. The students there are just so kind. They use state of the art tech, post assignments online, communicate well and LOVE the kids. The smaller setting is amazing. He loves going to mass during school. He is at peace. The other parents went out of their way to invite us over, make sure we were in the loop about school events, emailed us...Like a welcome wagon. One child was out when my kid started school on a family vacation and brought him home a "welcome to school" souvenir. My child is learning a lot, but more importantly, he loves school again. This principal is a great leader. Don't hesitate. Wish I had enrolled my child sooner.

The teachers are truly passionate, and the kids' care has been beyond our expectations. Our daughter continues to expand her Spanish and gets to practice every day through the curriculum and teachers! Every day we receive a report card and little notes from the teachers, along with daily worksheets. We've been amazed at how her writing skills have come along and excited for her to start learning math. We highly recommend checking out Blue Bird for your kids! The teachers and admin team are wonderful, and the care and nurturing the children receive is top level.

They refused to fix the only working toilet in one building for several months! They refused to call the gas company during a gas leak! They violated regulations on discipline putting kids in isolation and time out for 5 times longer than the legal limit! They planned a pre-K graduation ceremony for the kids, spent a month getting the kids excited, then banned the parents from attending, and told the kids that their parents were all too busy to be there. The owner then said - in writing - that she was doing this to punish the parents for daring to call the County for health and safety violations. This place is not safe. Avoid at all costs.

Prior to going to appointment to register our son, we had all required documentation needed (passport, birth certificate, naturalization certificate, and decided to also bring along the translated copy of adoption decree from our son's home country. While this was not needed, we didn't want to have any delay in registration. We were greeted at the Front Desk and we were directed to a room where we met with a lady named Sonja. She took all our documents and made copies to start a file for our son. Later on, we were told we needed to have the home country documentation be stamped by ARLINGTON COUNTY courthouse! (Keep in mind all our documents had both of our last names and also we provided a birth certificate with us listed as our son's legal guardians! Sonja insisted that her supervisor told her we had to get the translated adoption decree stamped by the Arlington County Courthouse! We asked her why and nowhere on the website told us we needed this! She insisted that we had to, gave us a list at the County Courthouse to contact. My partner goes to the Courthouse and was told to go to other departments since no one knew what to do. All said the birth certificate was enough proof that he was our son! At that point, my partner decided to go back to the school registration department and found out Sonja never showed any of the documentation we gave her to make copies of and the only documentation she showed the supervisor was the translated copy of the adoption decree which was never needed to register in the first place! Sonja also told us to come back once we have the documentation stamped by the County to see her today and guess what?! She was not there today. I expressed how horrible this experience has been! I asked the Director, " are you asking other parents with natural birth kids for an adoption decree? This experience left me feeling we were singled out because we are a sane sex couple. Do not have Sonja have with registration for your child! We took off work and also took our son out of school to register yesterday!
