The Service Dept is Horrible and customer service is non existent. Our latest experience was dropping a company leased vehicle off first thing this morning. One of the back tires needed to be looked at. Even after the vehicle had sat there all day, NOBODY looked at it. My husband went to pick it up this evening and all they said was "there's no charge because we couldn't get to it today"!!! We no longer own any personal Ford vehicles and after all of the issues with Schicker, you can be assured we would never buy one from there. read more

What a strange experience. I've purchased 40+ vehicles in my life for personal and business use - so I know the game pretty well. This has to be one of the weirdest interactions I've ever had with a car dealership. I found a great 3/4 ton truck for towing a 5th wheel, moderately overpriced (as is customary at most car dealerships). I drove it and liked it. I was trading in a well kept vehicle in great condition. They came back with an insanely low offer on my trade, way below NADA / KBB. OK, they want to haggle, right? I didn't feel like messing around and made them a great offer about 9% under their ask (to compensate for their crazy low trade offer). Here's the kicker... they wouldn't even consider my offer. I've never experienced this in my life. No counter-offer or anything - just "no". I walked out the door. I guess it was a blessing in disguise, because I went home that night and found a very comparably (almost exact) equipped truck, $5K less on sticker, and I ended up getting $4K more (yes, you read that right) than the Schicker offer for my trade. I'm not sure what their angle was, but I noticed the same truck still sitting on their lot for weeks and weeks. I guess my money wasn't green enough? Gave me chuckle every time I saw it. read more

I just purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Schicker Ford of Union and had the best new car purchase experience I've ever had. I found the sales person, sales manager, and financing person to be extremely professional and courteous. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and the entire experience from beginning to end was pleasant. I was very happy with the price of the vehicle, the dealer incentives, and the trade-in value I received. Sold me a car without telling me the Q certified warranty advertised on my front license plate holder at the dealership does not apply to my car. Within two months of having the car the computer system shorts out, and costs $1,500 to repair. read more

I bought a used 2016 Chrysler Town & Country mini van in April 2021 from Schicker Ford in Union Mo. It had 47,000 miles on it. I like the minivan, but I did not like the experience / service of buying it there. We came to an agreed upon price after the normal haggling with the agreement that they would detail the vehicle and fix the cause of why it drifted to the right when you let the steering wheel go. We came back three days later to pick it up and the car had been "detailed" , but still had greasy hand print marks on the interior hood liner and visor that where obvious to anyone who would be cleaning. After saying something about the grease marks on the interior they did clean them. We were under a time crunch when we test drove and did not detect that the drifting to the right was not properly taken care of. We found at home.(Our fault for not noticing. Their fault for not properly taking care of it) When we were leaving after paying we then found out the vehicle was missing the second set of keys, and the DVD for the owners manual. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. read more

I had my car worked on there, i had to brang it back 3 times and everytime it came back ot was worse than before untill my car was undriveabul. Thay charged 900 at frist and i payed it. After my car was undriveabul the money was put back in my bank account, untill today one month later thay toke 900 back out not telling use and over drafting my bank. Never do any bussines with these people. read more
