The best taxi service in the Barossa Valley, we tried another but was left waiting. Luckily we were given the number of Barossa taxis by one of the hotel staff. They have very friendly and local drivers. The service is 100% locally owned and operated and dedicated in helping the aged community. I work in the medical field and was impressed while talking to the driver, he told us how they are the only community taxi service that caters for disabled customers. We attended the Boy George Culture Club Concert in the Barossa, last Friday night. We booked this service, as we were told, 20 minutes prior. WIthout the taxi coming. We rerang and was told another 20minutes. After 40minutes of waiting. A local at the concert told us to ring the local cab company, Barossa and LIght Cabs, and they told us a pickup point and a cab came to this exact location. We felt Barossa Taxis just picked up anyone at the concert, but didn't honor our booking, despite us ringing 20 minutes prior as instructed. read more

My sister and I are locals. And we play in the June long weekend every year, and this year, 2016, was the worst taxi experience that I've ever had. We had pre-ordered the bus from this business. But, we never got picked up. It wasn't until after 2 hours that we got the call that they were there to pick us up. But, we had already made it home. We work at a local bakery in Tanunda. Best Taxi service in Barossa Valley, on our first day we booked an alternative service only to left stranded. Barossa Taxis came to our aid and took us safely back to our accommodation. The drivers were all courteous and friendly. True community spirited people who promote the Barossa strongly. Best service I have experience for a long time. Our group of six delegates were moved about for 3 days while in the Barossa Valley. Always on time and driver s were friendly. Appears they have a large fleet as we had 8 different vehicles which could carry 6 passengers. read more
