We went for a consult and the staff really made us feel comfortable. They took X-rays and measurements, then we met with Dr George and she made her recommendations and shared her plan and timeframe for how long he would need to be in braces. We booked our appointment that day and met with someone who discussed payment plans and options with us. We left that visit with everything we needed, what a relief. I had braces when I was in middle school and I too was a patient at this office. I was impressed with how this office has kept up to date and current with what's relatable and important to kids today. It had all of the familiar comforts of kindness and care I remember, plus all the things that makes it "cool" for kids to have braces today. I knew we were in the right place. They have a kid friendly portal with games and trivia on it and let you earn and track points to redeem for gift card prizes. This has been a motivating tool for my son and because of this, he's excited to go to his appointments and share his progress with the staff.

Iam not cutting any slack for any human being that would harm a child. I was told if my daughter…read morewas going to opt for a composite filling on her two cavities she would most definitely need anesthesia. I have the anesthesia paperwork and it's about $2400 because downtime and whatever excuse to charge more money., so no it will never be 1600. A composite filling takes time so therefore nitrous oxide is a no go since she can wake up and freak out. They could not confirm any more than the two cavities since they were not able to get the pictures, however, they didn't mention some invisible cavity being a problem. I am very neurotic taking care of my daughter's teeth and have close-up pictures. It's pretty impressive how clean they are. Now the father gives me the quote from the Dental company and the Whole dental visit will end up costing about 4500 since it's 2000 for the dental work/not general anesthesia. so my daughter would've undergone anesthesia and walked out with five stainless steel crowns in her mouth. Oh, I was very clear. I absolutely don't give consent to crowns. They also wanted to add ceiling on top of the tooth that they were going to crown. I can't see how that's necessary but, OK let's make the quote higher and add in. stainless steel crowns are very fast for procedure so there was absolutely no reason to suggest that over composite filling. Something is truly corrupt and more people need to speak up about this child abuse. Thank God, my gut told me to look further into it. One woman was not as lucky and had the same exact quote, expected child's teeth to be filled to daughter being gone for three hours and walking out with a metal mouth. These people need to be stopped. I am so sorry for her. I need to warn everyone.

We have been patients here for 8+ years. We had a very poor experience in office this week, that…read morefollows the same patterns and behavior of our previous 2 appointments over the last year. There is no organization or professionalism at the front desk and sadly that reflects on the provider herself. I left a review earlier this week explaining that the front office lacks organization and while the dentist is amazing. It creates a very poor patient experience. They tell people they are checked in, and do not check them in. Take the patients in reverse order of arrival and appointments. After reflecting I actually removed the post 2 hours later planning to speak with the office when they called with my child's Referrel the next day. They didn't call and asked us to find a new dentist today. This practice has gone down hill, I'm not sure if they have trouble keeping staff, just hire family for the front desk who doesn't have the appropriate experience or if they just don't value their patients time because they have too many patients in the practice and can't manage how many patients they schedule at once. My child asked to start with a new dentist after we left the appointment - so the feeling is mutual . I think it's fair for people looking for new dentist understand that if they have feedback. You will be dropped as a patient. Best wishes to Dr Carolyn and her practice!

I have been going to this office since I was a child and had never had a problem, I am fortunate…read moreto have healthy teeth and very few cavities in my life so far. Today I experienced the worst visit I have ever had. I got there early, 8am appointment was there at 10 of to be safe, first appointment of the day and didn't get started until quarter after because the hygienist Marissa was not ready. I felt extremely uncomfortable with both her conversation topics (complaining about their equipment and talking about their high turnover rates with hygienists) as well as the 20+ minutes of almost being drowned with a water pick while I was told to move my head and neck into extremely uncomfortable positions to make it more convenient for her and make HER more comfortable. I was so uncomfortable, was sprayed multiple times and had her entire hand resting over my eye at one point with skin contact. After 40 minutes of the appointment time she still hadn't started brushing/polishing my teeth and instead was lecturing me on flossing. Again while not actually cleaning my teeth, just sitting there. I said I had no plan to, and just wanted my cleaning done. Again this is 40 minutes in, and I do have a job of my own to get to. She struck my cheek, I am guessing in her mind it was playful, but as someone who was already EXTREMELY uncomfortable at that point it was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. I got up, said I was all set and left. I asked the woman at the front desk if there was a comment card I could complete and she said I could just tell her the problem. Like I said I have a job to get to, so I called on my way there and explained the whole situation as I am doing here. She apologized but said all she could do was make sure the next time I was with a different hygienist. Keep in mind Marissa is already the 4th one I have seen in two years so the odds of that were pretty high anyway. But since there is no other solution, or comment card for the real manager/ owner. Here is it. They would not provide MARISSA's last name, but when I find a NEW dental office, I will be sure to make sure she is not on staff there.
