I despise cutting my hair. It takes me months to psyche myself up in between visits, admittedly that gives them something to cut by the time I get there. While my patronage is by no means exclusive, I do choose to go here more often than not. I have had my hair cut by each of the barbers and I have never left thinking I'm unhappy with this, in fact most of the time I leave thinking that they did an excellent job. The quirky, yet traditional looking decor also helps to put your mind at ease and while the shop floor is only big enough for four chairs I've never felt overly crowded here. A great wee barbers shop in the town center. The staff are really friendly in here and they are good with young children, they have special chairs for the kids with toys attached to keep them amused. They are fairly cheap but the service is still great. You don't need to have an appointment and there's usually only a small wait. The shop is kept clean and tidy and is open 7 days a week. read more
