This is my go to urgent care, I made an appt, they were able to see me a few hours later. Andrew was so kind and prepared my arm and foot for PA Dewanshi Patel. They worked in perfect harmony. X-ray, performed by Sue determined a foot fracture and ligament sprain. The skin tears on my arm were cleaned and steri-strips applied. What surprised me the most was Dewanshi's creation of a custom posterior leg splint with sugar tong using ortho glass. The walking boot was so painful I could not walk. This McGiver splinter was beyond perfect. It required both Andrew and Dewanshi to apply. I was able to stand, utilized a cane and able to hobble out. The care I received was incredible, they made sure I was safe and confident with the cane. I will have no hesitation returning to this facility and have already referred family and friends.

They told me I have a common cold and sent me home. A couple days later, my symptoms were worsen so I had to go to another urgent care(Immediate Care in Henrietta). They diagnosed me with laryngitis and put me on a nebulizer and sent me home with an inhaler since I had trouble breathing. If I was treated correctly in a first place, I could have been better by now. I will never ever go to Accel Care.

The infrared sauna set up is so lovely, down to the last detail: an assortment of books, water, warm towels and a wide selection of robes! There is also an option to sauna with friends, though I'm more of a solo sauna-er. After my 30 minutes in the sauna relaxing and sweating out some toxins, Evelyn gave me a wonderful and relaxing massage. The 75 minutes flew by...next time I'm booking for at least 90 minutes. I've found the staff to be friendly. I do admit that there are times where the store is understaffed, but those are usually off-peak times. So depending on when you go, there may not necessarily be a person waiting for you at the photo station. It's the same employee staffing the check-out line and the photo station (and also potentially stocking the aisles). Even with the occasional staffing issue, the wait is usually not that long and back-up is usually called, leading to the opening of another register.
