Apparently this company deals in emails and emails only. They don't value their customers enough to pick up the phone to resolve issues. Their customer service staff continually interrupted me and then continued to talk over me. When I asked to speak with a manager (actually to be honest, I demanded to speak to a manager at that point) I was put on hold for a few minutes and then told no one would be available to discuss this issue with me. I asked to be followed up with by a manager and was then talked over AGAIN. Needless to say, we will not be dealing with this company again. For what my opinion is worth to you, I recommend steering clear and maybe just paying the extra to purchase from a local business who actually WANTS your business and will work to earn it.

I explained a few times incase he was not hearing it correctly, but turns out he just had no care in the world. Good knowledgable sales staff, absolutely garbage service department. Half the work was 'verifying' things a second time even though they'd already done it once and we tested before bringing it in. If the work was done when promised competently there would have been a warranty part in the machine with a moth of time and hundreds of dollars saved.

After getting it fixed 3 times, Visions told me it wasn't their fault and they would take no responsibility for it. I took it to Audio Link with Krazy Kileys and they re-installed the remote start/alarm and it now works amazing. Will never go back their car installation guy doesn't know what he is doing and was very rude to me when trying to explain to him what the problem was.
