They are fantastic! From the moment the ladies at the front desk greeted me and I checked-in, to Dr. Travis who quickly identified the problem with my back and immediately got into the solution, and last but not least to the young lady who set me up for the muscle stimulation at the end... each and everyone of them were friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you, to the entire team for a pleasant experience for such an unpleasant reason for being there. I highly recommend Barnard Chiropractic. read more

Absolutely love this place. Such a wonderful staff and so accommodating when making appointments or having to reschedule, highly recommended

My husband and I started going to Bernard chiropractor the first part of October and we went a few times a week for the entire month I had very bad neck pain couldn't turn my head my husband has sciatica that bothers him a lot and after 30 days we are now on a once a month maintenance program. Both Dr. Bernard and Dr. Travis are awesome they explain everything they are doing why they do it and what it will feel like, they are great!! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get their body back into shape. I am 74 years old and have never been to a chiropractor before I was always a bit afraid but they have relieved any doubts that I had, I highly recommend! read more

If I could, I would give a ZERO rating! I called to schedule a new patient appointment and was advised when I come to that appointment the office staff will be able to more accurately tell me my co-pay with my Humana Medicare Advantage plan would be. I arrived today only to be told " because you have Humana, and Humana still has not approved the doctor with your in their plans, and in fact "we were just denied again", so you will have to pay cash until we are accepted! They knew I had Humana, they wasted my time, and guess what? It's been going on for over 2 years. Where is the respect they want from their patients, but I get no respect when they knew there is an ongoing issue with Humana? Extremely poor customer service and awareness! read more

Dr Travis is amazing. I am a very difficult patient lol. He is always very understanding and gentle with his adjustments. He is the first Chiropractor that I let crack my neck. I have never had a DR explain exactly what happens in an adjustment and I am so glad he did! In addition, Shannon adds the upmost perfect visit with a massage first and an adjustment after. Very happy with my choice for chiropractic care. read more

I highly recommend Bernard Chiropractics. I have been a patient 16 years. When no issues, I go once a month. Lately, arthritis & stress have been bothering my back & neck. I go twice a week. Helps so much w/ pain & mobility. Dr. Bernard & Dr. Travis are wonderful! You can have regular adjustments or activator adjustments or combo of both. All the staff are professional, compassionate & great at their job! You will be glad you went to see them! read more

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel I should. Two visits and I don't plan on going back, which is too bad because Dr. Travis is pretty cool. That front desk receptionist is awful. She doesn't even TRY to be kind or considerate. Don't ask her any questions, unless you want to hear things like "I don't know" or "That's not my job," and then she doesn't even try to find answers for you (gee, don't knock yourself out trying to get an answer for me...I wouldn't want to make you "do your job" or anything like that!). Anyway, that's pretty lazy and pathetic and it shows. It might be a good idea for her to get training on public relations (or get a non-public contact job). And then they charged me for the massage table (I didn't know there was going to be an added charge for that, and I don't need it, anyway--my massage chair at home does just as well). "Thanks" for telling me AFTER the fact that there is an added charge for that. And when I called there to ask the chiropractor a question, she said she would leave him a message (for some reason, I never heard back from the chiropractor---somebody dropped the ball. That is "inefficient" at best and "careless" at worst). So when they called ME to leave a message that I missed an appointment, I didn't bother to call back, since that is the same kind of treatment I got from them. These things DO matter and businesses here should take note of that. Customers "vote with their feet" (walk out the door). I wish them well, of course, but this was my experience there, so I pass it along. If they fix these issues, I will re-consider going back and upgrade my review. read more

This is the place to go for your DOT physicals. I was able to get an appointment really quick.

Dr. Barnard and his Staff are so wonderful. They truly care and are very thorough to diagnose the care you need and are thoughtful with your condition. Jessica, Nikki and Dr. Barnard made my visits like going to see family even though it was a brief time. I highly recommend them as care providers because they REALLY do care. read more

Today is my second appointment with the Dr and getting treatment. I am feeling very comfortable and happy with the care. Dr. Barnard explained my injury and therapy plan with me and did my first adjustment. I have never been to a chiropractor and the whole team made me feel comfortable. The treatment is also not covered by my insurance and the cost of treatment is totally manageable. read more

Dr Barnard and Dr Travis are the best. They helped the severe pain in my neck, shoulder and arm. Also an old lower back injury that has caused me pain for years is better. They got me in quickly and I am getting close to being pain free. The Doctors and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Barnard Chiropractic. read more

The Best of Bullhead City! Dr. Barnard and Dr. Travis are simply the best. They are quick to respond to your chiropractic needs. I've been going off and on for a couple of years now for occasional sciatica pain. I will hobble in barely able to walk, Dr Travis will do the adjustments, get a little physical therapy and I'm able to walk out the door. They are fairly priced if you prepay and accept a variety of insurance. If you've got joint pain, try chiropractic before taking a bunch of drugs and/or surgery. It's nature's way of healing. read more

I am very happy I chose to go with Dr. Barnard. Him & his staff are very nice & compassionate. You are not treated like a number like some places . They truly care. He went over my xrays & the plan he set for me. I'm so much better compared to 2 weeks ago. I will always go to him. If you have any problems with your back, degenerative disc disease, etc. I highly recommend. Better to be safe than sorry read more

This isn't even for the actual chiropractor work because I couldn't even get in there. The lady at the front desk was rude and to busy with all the paying customers. We had to ask for new patient paperwork, never payed attention to give it to us.. Only question I got was if I had an appointment. I filled out all the paperwork, about half an hour, came in early. Turned it in, they asked for my dl. Never ins card but info was on paper so I didn't think much of it. My husband contacted the receptionist in regards to the insurance since I was on his(they never tried to contact us for anything ins wise). Then Ms rude told my husband will a major attitude, "we don't take Aetna" and the cost would be $55 for the visit and $85 for the x rays. As Ms rude was telling my husband this, they are calling me in. I verified with my husband what I had heard. After it being confirmed I told them I'm not paying that, and I walked out the door. I told them I will go see Dr Hayes tomorrow for $20. If don't understand why they don't take state, they don't take Aetna...what do they take??? I heard others with co-pays so they must take something. I saw alot of people that probably qualify for Medicare so maybe Medicare??? Don't know. Of course no i fo or gelp from ms rude. She acted literally like we didnt exist the entire time. We had to contact her for everything. Won't ever be going there again. They aren't the only chiropractors in town. read more

The staff and Dr. Barnard where all very helpful. Thank you very much! I went in with back pain and walked out feeling much better.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bernard's for 14 years. I've suffered from lower back problems for many years. There have been times I have not been able to stand up straight without severe pain. Dr. Bernard always gets me back on track. I try to see him once a month for a routine adjustment to stay in alignment. Do to Covid, I neglected my chiropractic care. The pain continued to get worse. It affected my neck, sciatic nerve, knees, foot & leg muscles. I was in Ca. for 5 months caring for my Mom that had a fall. My condition got worse. Pain was a way of life. I saw a Ca. Chiropractor that exacerbated my condition. I went to another Chiropractor that had treated me before & I was back on the road to recovery. Returning to Bullhead & busy catching up on things, I did not have treatment. I made an appointment with Dr . Bernard. I have had my first 2 treatments & am feeling pain relief. There is no one like Dr. Bernard! He is truly a compassionate, healing Dr. He adjusts the lower spine, hip area. The traction/stretching & massager that resembles a sander brings great relief! No other Dr. gives treatment like this! He is the best! I will definitely return to once a month visits when my initial treatment is over. Thank you Dr Bernard! You are my healing angel! read more

Staff and doctors rock , service Always is top notch and always feel better when I leave would highly recommend..

Really great people. Feeling so much better. It's a great cheap repair for the body. Thanks everyone.

The staff is friendly and very efficient, and Dr. Travis is fantastic! For many years prior to moving to this area, I visited my chiropractor regularly four times per month. When I moved to this area, I was leery of doctors, let alone chiropractors. But when I was recommended to Barnard Chiropractic, I was amazingly surprised! I found my new chiropractor, and there are two to choose from! read more

As an out-of-state resident who visits the Chiropractor every 2 weeks, I'm thrilled to have found Barnard Chiropratic Office! Even away from home I want to keep my body aligned and healthy. When I telephoned for my first appointment, I was greeted by a friendly, accommodating voice. Upon arrival, I met Chelsie who is a Sweetie and the lady behind the voice. It helps too that she and my granddaughter could be twins & I clicked with her! All the behind-the-scene staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Dr Tyler Travis was my doc. He listened and understood my overall health needs. As long as I'm in the area, I will see him for my adjustments. They're awesome and I feel good afterwards. Thank you for such a professional practice! PS I have started having monthly massages at their office. I couldn't be happier with all of their services. A+++++ rating. Give them a call for great care. read more

I am 32 years old and I have had back issues for a while. I could hardly stand up or even walk into the office. After some stretching and an adjustment I feel much better and I can now stand up straight. Major improvement. I would recommend this place to anyone in pain! read more

I am very disappointed with mr. Bernard's staff and code of ethics on dealing with PPO in network providers because instead of charging me my co-payment which was $25. Tracy there finance manager saw a money sign on me and tried to stiff me with $65 flat fee and she told me that they weren't even going to run my insurance. PPO providers beware this place is a scam. read more

Dr. Barnard and Dr. Travis are amazing! They are caring and take the time to listen to you and address your needs. The biller in the office was fantastic and very easy to work with alongside my insurance. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Amazing group of people who know exactly what to do to fix the problem(s). Have been going for over 6 years and they continue to treat me as part of one big family. Ended up having to use crutches 2 years ago to walk due to my back and after my first treatment they had me walking out without supports. Amazing Chiropractors and Support staff! Thank you! read more

I live in the Las Vegas area ( Green Valley ) and have been traveling to Bullhead City for the past 7 years now to see Dr. Barnard for my chiropractic needs. I have had a few minor injuries over the years and seeing Dr. B has helped maintain the quality of life, that continues to afford me the life I desire. By that, I mean, I have been a hair stylist for 28 years and being on my feet all day is very hard on ones body. By continuing my adjustments with Dr. B. I am able to work without pain! He is amazing, kind and genuinely cares about you! I hold him, and his practice in the highest regards! read more
