It's the same business, but whilst the café overlooks the local pub, the 'view' overlooks the river. The kitchens share but they operate different hours with some overlapping in between...the view is open early, caters for breakfasts, coffees etc and Cafe for evenings with pizzas and various dishes later into the night. The set up whilst a little strange seems to work and both are great to visit. The Café is a half open kind of venue, has a little bit of a party vibe, makes great pizza etc, whilst the View is more like a standard cafe, with regular breakfast fare and some awesome locally roasted coffee. Worth a visit.

But I'm pretty sure their superb iced coffee and large size cappuccino made us happier, it's something I never get in Adelaide for under $10. I just ordered a $6 Iced coffee and they served me this large size drink basicly can called it a dessert. With that smooth taste and a giant scoop of delicious vanilla ice cream... mmm, this afternoon just got better. And the 'regular' cappuccino my friend ordered wasn't that regular, it's equal to the large size cup in other place, with rich chocolate powder sprinkled on top. By her word, it's also taste stronger than other coffee we used to get. Such a genuine place for food and fun. I saw what other people ordered and either a brunch meal or pizza are tempting. If you are in Murray bridge, come down and sit at the balcony area, enjoy the sun, enjoy the precious time before going back to everyday life.

They do a decent vanilla slice, the coffee is okay, and it's probably also a pretty good chance to grab that bottle of water you planned on buying as you left Adelaide but absent-mindedly forgot. When driving we usually skip breakfast and pull up here, namely because it is the first town out of Adelaide (and it does tend to be a pretty good idea to leave early so as to avoid the traffic). There isn't anything fancy about this place, and their breakfast is okay, but the main reason we come here is, well, because we always stop here. The funny thing that I find is that they serve a quarter tomato that isn't cooked, and it is the only place that I have found that give you a raw tomato for breakfast. It is conveniently located on the highway, and while it is basically a truck stop, I have always appreciated the place.
