They seem woefully understaffed for the amount of patients they have - they will prioritize your appointment if it seems more urgent, but the care itself was not acceptable. 1st problem I had, my pet was having a behavioral issue where they were tearing out their fur. Getting actual treatment for this was an over a month-long ordeal. They finally prescribed some pills, and gave me some medication that was an extremely high dosage - the pills were large and meant for humans (???). Luckily my pet would not take pills... 2nd incident, without going into details, my pet was diagnosed with something life-threatening but treatable. At first they did the standard treatment, but when that didn't work, they started guessing and blindly prescribing different medication without further testing... after that also didn't work, they decided to finally do some more testing. Never got the results back because the Vet went on vacation. No referrals were made, no phone number from the testing facility was given, just nothing, because they went on vacation... evidently, their whole business just stops when the licensed vet (singular) goes on vacation. My pet's condition then got worse and I had to make the decision to put them to sleep. I'm not necessarily attributing this to malice, but at the very least, they seem very understaffed and overcrowded with patients, to the point of negligence. They don't seem willing to admit when they're out of their depth with a pet's condition, and no efforts were made to refer to another vet, (which, in hindsight, I should've changed vets myself) and it ended up potentially costing my pet's life.

I've been sitting in my car (84 degrees out) for an hour and 25 minutes and she is STILL NOT ready to go. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! She lived just over 12 wonderful years & was the best girl~even-tempered & everyone that met her described her as "sweet". I kept in touch with Janice throughout her life, sending photos of our adventures. When Harlow passed in Dec 2023, we waited almost a year before getting Greta. I reached out to Janice in the spring and advised we'd be ready for a pup around Thanksgiving. She said that she'd be breeding in July and would keep me posted. Our girl, Greta was born on our anniversary (10/1)! We picked her up the week of Thanksgiving, just like I did Harlow. I hadn't seen Janice in 13 years. We hugged & I got a bit teary-eyed. She walked me in & introduced me to this small but mighty sassy girl. She was the runt & she was everything plus that we had hoped for in our second pup. Greta is now 4.5 MO's old & the sweetest girl. Eager to learn, eager to please, & full of that good puppy energy! Thank you Janice for the care & love you put into these babies!!! Our family is once again complete & our home is gushing full of love! (Two pictures are Harlow. All other photos are Greta over the last 7 months~healthy & getting so big!)
