We'd make special weekend trips back just to get the babies groomed. This is the only place I've been to where they will never shave or cut your pups hair if it has mats and you ask them not to. Every other place just cuts the mattes out and won't take any time. They are always so kind and willing to help out in any way. I can't recommend them enough. My mother in law (who spends $120 to get her pup groomed) actually trusted me and took her pup there while in town from Florida... spent less than $50 and said he smelled better than usual after a grooming and looked amazing! :) if she was happy, everyone else will be to. In addition, I asked to have his nails clipped and ears cleaned. When I got him home and let him out, it looked like absolutely nothing was done. He had some patches shaved near his thighs but was not brushed at all (still clumps of knotting hair), nails were not cut and ears had not been cleaned! I couldn't believe it. I paid $50 for shaving two tiny spots plus a $10 tip (not having had seen that nothing was done). Couldn't believe it. When speaking to Glenda, it is apparent that she is burnt out. It feels as if making an appointment is an inconvenience as she is abrasive in manner. I will not be returning.

It was such a convenience having Maureen come to our house to groom our dogs. We'd been using her for over two years about very two months. In the past 3 visits at least 1 of our 3 dogs has come back bleeding a little. This past visit, our smallest 6lb dog had serious scrapes, bleeding, and a blood bruise from a grooming tool. The worst part is when I pointed it out to Maureen, she said I didn't even notice it. She did say she felt bad which I don't doubt, but she was either obliviously negligent, or equally as bad, didn't think to own up and mention it.

Ashley was awesome but she got a promotion. I'm happy for her.
