Wanted to fill a need for self storage in our area. Many areas Zoning does not allow certain items such as Boats, RV's, Business Vehicles on driveways so for a small monthly cost we cab be of help. We do not keep raising rents like the big companies do. Have customers transfer their items to us. Some customers told us their rents doubled in 6 months to a year. If we do have a rent increase it's a small amount and reasonable.
