They do not warrant their work, nor…read moredo they correct problems in a job that was not done right; they also do not clean up their trash but left on location stating that was not their job. They asked that the patio furniture be moved off of porch which I had done with exception of 4 items: a patio table with glass top, a BBQ pit on wheels, a glider chair and a wicker settee. The supervisor who sold me the job never came out with his crew and refused to come out to see the problem their people created. The people who came were very young kids in their 20's about 5 of them. I did have another bid that was somewhat higher but there were using the more expensive closed cell material whereas this group used the less expensive open cell material which they stated was adequate for my job. The whole front of the barndo was blown at close range that it push the TyVek out about 4-6 inches that required scraping in order to get level for the exterior plywood for board and batten to be put on. Also they put a 20 ft ladder against the building and the wind must have blown it onto the glass table that they did not move far enough out from the work being done that broke the table. Stated it was not their problem as it was an act of God. The supervisor refused to look at the job and would not do anything about it as he said he quoted the job too low and that it was now my problem. That is not the way to do business. It is an 2012. I asked to find out why it wouldn't start only, instead Jorge started checking how full my Freon was etc. I asked to stop so we had a three way boss call. I believe the secretary did not relay my concern. Jorge did a good job. He believed it's my compressor but would cost $260 est to see so that would put me at est $1000 almost half of a new one. I told him I'm replacing. He said the sales people would call. Next day no call. I called left a message. so 2 days now they decide they won't give me service. This is the way they treat retired people in the community. They will not get a recommendation from and I will pass that on. I'm still without my main air.
