This medical office may appear adequate at first but if you're unfortunate you'll begin…read moreexperiencing negative effects on your health from their inefficiency and unprofessionalism. The receptionists aren't welcoming and friendly. They tend to look either bored, mildly annoyed or beaten down. Perhaps by whomever is supervising them. The waiting lobby is dull and dated; obviously from the late 70s. That wouldn't even matter if the staff were better. I guess the lobby reflects the poor nature of the business. My experience with one of the doctors is so bad that it's affected my health and life in such a way that my stress increased substantially. And it all wasn't even necessary; if my Dr had from the beginning had been professional and efficient there would've been no problem. At first I thought she would be helpful because she sort of acted like it, but every interaction after that was just awful. She has a superior attitude, doesn't listen, rushes you through the appointment, making you try to talk as fast as possible to ask any other questions before she sweeps out the door while still not looking at you. She always runs late. Her biggest problem is zero communication and follow up. Somehow I guess she just expects you to know things. For a vulnerable person seeking help with their ill health, experiencing that over and over will reduce them to tears and real physical stress. She doesn't communicate with any of the rest of the staff, doesn't follow up, isn't focused on any of the most basic details, isn't thorough and it's like she forgets all about you and your health the minute she rushes out the door of the exam room. Don't risk it.

They are quick to take your money, but have no problem chatting behind the counter about their extra curricular activities, I guess professionalism is not a must in a small town. Good luck. The people at Hazen Chiropractic practice empathy with regard to your pain and are very family friendly, even helping watch my toddler when I go. My insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care but it is still affordable; $100 the first visit and $45 per visit afterward. For my back issues (lower back/hips/neck/shoulder) I get attached to a tens machine and heat pad for a couple of minutes then I get adjusted. I am only just beginning a regimen (I've gone 3 times). I still have stiffness and pain but it used to be worse. I sense that my posture is better and my problem areas are more loose, meaning some range of motion has returned. Before, I was unable to turn my neck completely and was unable to get up from lying on my back. I look forward to continuing treatment.
