This is absolutely ridiculous that an eye care clinic in a rural area refuses to see patients on an emergency basis. They ordered the wrong lens two times, and now I have one brand in one eye, and another brand in the other. Not only has the staff expressed their frustration towards me, but the "doctor" as has done so as well. I am giving them one more chance at one more visit, and if it is not correct, I will be wanting a full refund. Never again will I go to or recommend this business again!

Combine that with the fact the doctor came on video for like 90 seconds to approve the "prescription" suggested by the tech, along with very strict deadlines for picking up glasses, it's best to go elsewhere. They also don't have the glasses sorted in an orderly fashion, making it unnecessarily difficult to figure out which ones are which. Short version is that it's not the worst place I've ever been, but I will not be going back.
