They take their time, go at your dog's pace and will not stress your dog. Matter of fact, Rachelle said at my dog's last visit, she had to stop mid session to 'love' on my furbaby because she seemed upset. Amazing! Who else does that?!? She always smells wonderful and is cut fabulously. They take your dog's picture too, after they finish. Adorable. My dog loves these ladies, Rachelle and Lisa and I would highly recommend them.

I've never had to reschedule or cancel before, but they still kept my 50% deposit. Their policy states that if you cancel within 24 hours, you forfeit the deposit -- but I was only 20 minutes short of that window, and again, I was rescheduling, not canceling entirely. With two Cocker Spaniels, that meant losing over $100 for something completely out of my control. I completely understand the need for business policies and boundaries, but having one that's so rigid and lacks consideration for genuine emergencies is poor customer service and, frankly, a bad business plan. If they need the money that badly, they can keep it -- they must need it more than loyal customers. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Last week, one of them started declining very quickly, and Dr. Briley took extra time to explain her condition and what she was experiencing with the utmost compassion. Once we realized she wasn't able to recover after days of treatment, Dr. Briley helped us navigate the "not too early/not too late" conundrum of euthanasia and was able to come to our home to help her pass on. For a day you never want to come, it was the absolute smoothest and peaceful experience for our little girl. The staff was all so kind and considerate during this difficult time, and even sent us a card in which each one of them wrote a sweet message with their condolences. Country Club is now helping us keep our remaining dog as comfortable as possible for as long as possible.
