They won't honor their word and once Mike gets any kind of pushback from the customer...watch out. I wish there had been more customers on the lot (if that's what you want to call it) when Mike stood and shouted at me in the doorway of his building. I bought a F-250 from them and the car underwent a Bluestar inspection. Since this was a used vehicle I was happy to see an independent inspection. It gave me more confidence buying from them since there's a stigma around buying used from a dealer. Obviously they made money off me, that's just what a business is. I still felt I got a good deal since it was priced under blue book value. After driving the truck for 3 days, it wouldn't start. It was simply a bad battery. Needless to say I was a little pissed off. I just spent 25k and the dang thing wouldn't start. They were happy to accommodate me and they said to buy a new battery and they would reimburse me for my purchase. I haven't had time to drive down to get the reimbursement but I'm happy to see they are willing to do a little extra to keep me happy. This business ripped off my sibling. They sold us a vehicle with a lot of problems. He became irate when we wanted to take our business elsewhere and my sibling felt pressured to buy. Follow your intuition. If something doesn't seem right, get out of there. My sister and her child are going to go in there and pretend like they are going to buy a car and record his behavior one of these days upcoming days and post it on YouTube so people can see what we are talking about and are warned. If you go there make sure you bring a hidden camera or recording device. You won't regret it and have some interesting footage for YouTube to warn others. read more

So disappointed. They definitely don't stand behind the vehicles they sell. I bought a 2016 truck. They sold me the truck saying they replaced the tires which looked great. But on the way home from purchasing the truck my dash indicator for my tire pressure came on. I thought, no problem, it's cold tire pressures change. I aired up my tires and it still wouldn't go away. I called Bargain buggy's about it that day and they told me drive it for 10-15 minutes and it would go away. It never went away. I took it to a ford dealership. They said one of the sensors is bad. They said it needed to be replaced. The cost they quoted me seemed ridiculousI, so I left. I looked more thoroughly at the settings and found readings that said 0psi on all four tires. Which was wrong because my tires clearly had air. Knowing that bargain Buggy's had replaced the tires I called them again and told them about the situation. They told me that the person who had replaced the tires wasn't in right now but that they would be back the following day and would call me back. 5 days later still no call. Today one of my back tires was noticeably flat. I took my truck into Costco tires to have my tire fixed and told them to please replace the faulty sensor as well. Costco Called me and informed me that ALL of the sensors were either faulty or not even there. I called bargain Buggy's again and told them this. They said because there was nothing wrong with the truck when they had it they weren't going to do anything. Costco tires discovered there weren't ANY sensors. They told me the sensors had been removed when new tires were put on. I spent $270+ to put in new sensors that weren't even there to begin with. I played run around trying to figure out what was wrong with my sensors. Spending hours of my time head aching over something so stupid. It was dishonest of Bargain Buggy's to do what they did.
