The most local shop is the Shell garage down the road, which is just a rip-off for most things. Most of the staff are friendly, even if you do see a lot of new faces.

You can get wines just for a quiet night in or an expensive bottle for a nice gift! The staff are really knowledgable so don't hesitate in asking for advise! Such a wide selection, impossible not to find something to suit your tastes. My husband and I were bought tickets to one of the wine tasting events, a great way to sample familiar and new wines and I would highly recommend. There is a separate room at the back set up for the wine tasting events and cheese and crackers are provided. There was no pressure to buy the wines sampled, the staff just want you to enjoy your evening and share their knowledge of wine with you.
