This winter (2021) I was still having problems and called for service again. They determined that I needed a new remote receiver which they installed. The repairman was not at my home for 15 minutes and I was charged $400 for service call and new remote receiver. Unfortunately, my fireplace is still malfunctioning, so I called another company for service. When dismantling the fireplace, they found the starter, panels and logs were not reinstalled properly in 2020 which was causing the fireplace to malfunction again. I am so disappointed to have been "duped" because I am a senior citizen. I found them to be dishonest in their repairs and in their charges. Rob Cutright, the awesome owner, welcomed us in, diagnosed the problem, replaced the battery, ran out and bought the alternator and installed that while his lovely wife held the light. She had come in from work as a physical therapist and was waiting to take him home. They stayed open late to get us out by 5:30 and back on the road to Chicago. We enjoyed our visit to this farm. Some of the things to do were a little unclear. It says hay…read morerides are on the hour, but we stood near the wagon for a while past the hour and nobody said anything about one. The pumpkins are cute and there's a nice variety. They're priced very fairly too. All employees we encountered were polite and welcoming. We loved seeing the animals at the farm and the corn maze was great fun too. We didn't have small children in our party, but the playground they had set up looked like it would be a lot of fun for the littles.
