She is as sweet as she can be. Dr. Dunn is always ready to listen and talk with me on something I have concerns about, and going the extra mile to help me with a couple of conditions I have had for over 30 years. Unfortunately, I've had a few horrible experiences with Dysport that was incorrectly injected. I have one crazy eyebrow that raises a lot higher than the other (Spock eyebrow). After my second visit, I quickly noticed that "bruising" look didn't go away. It appeared to be the Tyndal effect. I called the office several times wanting it fixed or to have the filler removed. They refused and argued I was incorrect. They insisted after seeing pictures that it was discoloration from bruising. After several months, it didn't go away. I went to another plastic surgeon who said I was indeed correct, and it was placed too shallow causing Tyndale. He removed all filler with hyaluronidase and all discoloration went away. The service was not good, unsure if Dr or staff, but should have tried to make their customer happy (especially considering I turned out to be correct and placement was wrong).

Some of the people who work here are super friendly and helpful. Some are not. At the end of the day, it's a Walgreens. There's a drive-thru, which is nice. Sometimes it moves quickly, sometimes it doesn't. Also, the parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of unless you're traveling west on Appleway. Otherwise it's a headache.

When I walked in, I headed to the photo department and quickly and easily picked up my photo. While walking out, I took a quick look around and saw they had Snoop Dog wine. I thought that was pretty cool and surprised to see it. I think I'll go back to pick up a bottle as a novelty.

Also I have more lines around my eyes than I had before going in! I also had some (1) injection on each side of my upper lip for a line. She said she could fix. Oh my! I know have deeper lines at the end of my lips! They texted at the end of our week to check on us...I texted back what had happened...they said to come in and they could fix it! lol you can't! What...make the other eye droop too! It has to know go three months and wears off! You can't just fix it! I seriously was going to go in so they could see what they did to me. The layout is spacious and well organized - bath bombs to your right, bath soaps in the center along with gift sets and baskets to the left. The clerk was helpful and answered my questions on what to get, what scents were popular as I made my way around the store. Keep in mind this is coming from someone that doesn't really indulge in bath bombs - sure I have my own fancy body wash I use, but bath bombs are another level for me. I picked up a delicious smelling Blackberry Jasmine Bath Bomb, along with a bag of Sweet Dreams Shower Fizzies (lavender scented) - which are a great deal with a handful of fizzies in the bag, so it's not a one-time thing. A plus was that they were able to look up my sister's account (she buys gifts for her clients here) to give her "frequent buyer" credit since I clearly don't live in the area, so I wouldn't benefit from their frequent shopper program. Of course she must've been near her reward redemption limit since my purchase triggered an email to her letting her know she reached the threshold (and inadvertently also letting her know I was buying her a little surprise). She definitely knows what she is doing. The whole staff was very friendly and the building is very professional. This was my 4th time doing any sort of micro blading work and it was the least painful experience thus far. I would say no pain even. Very easy process!
