We had apprehensions about using Astounding Sounds for the lights/DJ at our wedding: would it…read morereally be worth the cost? YES, IT WAS. totally worth it. My now-husband couldn't stop talking about how great the lighting was and how awesome a job Colby did with the DJing. Hiring Colby to DJ was probably the best decision we made when planning our wedding (well, besides hiring After Yes as our wedding planners, since they're the ones that recommended Astounding Sounds). I think our wedding might have been a little tricky because about 1/3 of our guests were Persian and wanted Persian music: I gave Colby a list of about 30 songs and he blended them perfectly into the more mainstream playlist (which was pretty much all picked by him, since the only direction we gave him was about three specific songs we wanted to hear). Music was perfect, lights were perfect, pipe and drape was perfect (which I previously didn't even realize was a thing and would make such a difference). Honestly my only regret was not listening to Colby's other recommendations for lighting related things. Hire Astounding Sounds and you will so not be disappointed.

This is why I have the pre-consultation built into the shoot. Don't get me wrong, I TOTALLY understand, it just doesn't work with my studio's workflow and scheduling. Honestly, I do not think that I am the right photographer for you and because I think we both deserve to be working with the right person I will not be able to do your shoot. I would like to refer you to a couple of other Dallas area boudoir photographers. Perhaps one of them will be a better fit for you. Check out these photographers. Best of luck to you and congratulations on your marriage! ~Cindy Very bizarre and suspicious. Great website, but I would think twice about booking with them. Unless you don't mind paying for a service (my cost before upgrading albums was over $800) as personal as boudoir pictures without every meeting the person who is going to be shooting the session. Below is the email I sent in reply for which I never received a response: May I ask why? Other than the fact that I want to meet with you before paying the full amount for the shoot. Boudoir pictures are extremely personal and I wanted to meet with you before "stripping down" for you. I did not think this would be a problem seeing as to how I was willing to pay a non-refundable fee of $125 to do so. I have not had any previous problems with vendors when I have asked for a meeting. Thank you!

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Hiring Virtuous Endeavors was the best…read moredecision I made during my entire wedding planning process, and that's all thanks to my incredible planner, Alexandria Adams. Alex ATE on every detail when planning my wedding. From our very first conversation, I knew Alex was the perfect match for me. Working with her felt less like working with a planner and more like planning a wedding with a best friend. She was warm, intuitive, and completely in tune with my vision, even when I wasn't always sure how to articulate it. She made me feel heard, supported, and excited. What truly set Alex apart was her unwavering availability and calm presence. Whether it was a late-night text about the venue or a last-minute call to ease my nerves, she was always there. Her calm energy and confidence made me feel like everything was under control. And on the big day? Absolute perfection. I later found out that there had been issues with the tablecloths, but Alex handled everything so seamlessly that I had no idea anything went wrong. She protected my peace that day like it was her top mission, and I am forever grateful. Alex also helped me build an amazing team of vendors. From florals to catering to videography, every single recommendation was spot-on and aligned perfectly with my style and budget. I genuinely felt surrounded by professionals who cared deeply about making our day special, and that's 100% thanks to her guidance. I've already recommended Virtuous Endeavors to all my friends, and I'll continue to rave about them to anyone who'll listen. If you want someone who's organized, responsive, thoughtful, and feels like a trusted friend from day one, ask for Alex Adams. You won't just get a planner... you'll get a partner and a true wedding day planning BEAST.
