Dr Pesick-Caine is so nice and works well with our son. She tries to make things fun for him even though it's tough for babies at his age to understand what's going on! The front desk is as friendly as you'd expect - nothing impressive and they usually don't crack a smile but I can't hold that against this office because I've experienced this at every office in NE Ohio. We also saw Dr Robinson once in Dr Pesicks absence and she was very nice as well. Since merging with Cleveland Clinic I haven't noticed any real big differences except they now require more paperwork.

He and all the other Dr's. and staff were always helpful, kind, and readily available through the years. I believe Dr. Huff said my oldest daughter made it to his "Wall Of Screamers", but he was always very sweet with them. He was also very good when my oldest at 18 months stopped walking and He worked feverishly to help us figure out what was going on. It turns out she had Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, but now at age 28, she is an amazing teacher and training for her first marathon! Dr. Huff's own children were born about the same time as mine...so we always shared tidbits about our children's lives. That was in 1984 when my first was born. I am sure by now he has many more on his wall of screamers.... but, I HIGHLY recommend him or anyone else in the practice. Thanks Euclid Pediatrics for being a huge, wonderful part of our lives!

She talked so fast while giving me a handful of prescriptions for things that I wasn't even there to see her about. She was mean to her medical student and embarrassed her in front of me and my family. I told her I was there to discuss menopause, which is supposed to be her specialty, but she dismissed that very quickly and told me to change my diet and go to a yoga class. She was pushing for me to get a tetanus shot so hard I started to wonder if she is getting kickbacks from the pharmaceutical company that makes them. I felt disrespected, ignored and belittled by her. When the very nice woman at the front desk asked when I wanted to make my next appointment, I politely told her it would be a cold day in hell before I would ever go anywhere near that awful woman again.

The Village of Healing Center is the first and only clinic for Black women in Cuyahoga County. They have services for pediatrics, mental health and gynecology and obstetrics. They also have primary care services. They cater to the black woman holistically. I am so glad I finally called and made an appointment. I was nervous at first as I prepared to switch doctors, and hoped I made the right decision. All that concern left once I entered. The young lady who welcomed was so kind and genuine and she said she was so glad I came. She knew I was a first timer and explained the process to me. The artwork is beautiful and every exam room is named for a different medical pioneer of color. It was cool to read the different stories. My provider was so dope! She was patient, kind and so understanding. She was encouraging and a great listener. I already made another appointment, and I am actually looking forward to returning.
