Amy was a great instructor, patient informative in the novice class. Very kind with her knowledge of dogs and age relative issues.

She provided guidance and exercises for us to do with Luna between sessions. Her care and compassion show in her work. We highly recommend working with her as you will not be disappointed.

The Beloved Goldendoodle has had a bit of arthritis/back problems off & on for the last year or so,…read moreand since I need him to be at his happiest/healthiest I started looking around for alternative therapies to taking medication regularly. We had also moved into a new apartment on the second floor of a very old home, and the steep stairs were just making it worse (so we have broken our lease and are moving to solve that problem). My list included water therapy, but where is a city dog to go? Paws in Motion! I emailed Dr. Suzy and said that someone had recommended the underwater treadmill and/or swimming, made an appointment for later in the week and after meeting him she said she thought he would do best in the pool to start. He was outfitted with a life preserver, and headed up the ramp to get in the pool. In his previous swims (outdoors) he just walked right into the water, but when he needed to then go down a ramp and into the pool, he had the "you want me to do WHAT?" look on his face. However, Dr. Suzy had a tennis ball and he wanted that more than anything, so he followed her into the pool and looked so pleased with himself! He went back and forth retrieving his ball, and each week I notice that he moves more easily through the water and he is full of energy afterwards (some dogs might be tired, but this just energizes him). She is located at the intersection of Routes 9/27, and just a couple of miles from the Mass Pike exit so no matter where you are coming from it is easy to get there. We come from Brighton, it is a quick drive and he can't get out of the car fast enough and into her office each week. I am so happy we found her so I can keep my boy's paws in motion!!

Not good at all! I walked my dog into the office as told to buy my vet which was a friend of Dr…read moreKube. Two and a half hours later my dog never walked again! They completely paralyzed my dog by rushing it on a Friday! Not only did they call me and expect me to get there from Waltham within minutes but then told me they preferred cash so I had to go to the bank and they called me five times while in line in front of the teller which made me look ridiculous. To the point where I had to tell them if they wanted to get paid they better just sit and wait. Was then told when I got there Good thing they waited because then they could explain better what was going on. WHICH THEY COULD NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING BECAUSE THE MRI THEY GAVE HIM WAS COMPLETELY BOGUS! The pictures could not even determine anything, ended up carrying my dog out and then the weekend passed I brought him back Monday and they tried charging me again $2,500 more dollars for medicines and fluids which I then told them that should be out of their pocket in which they said HE DOESN'T NEED IT NOW AND YOU CAN LEAVE! So who knows what they did with my dog that Monday night, then I pulled him out and brought him to a specialist for 3 and 1/2 weeks in which they gave him another MRI and had a perfect picture clear as day. Basically they rushed and they COMPLETELY PARALYZED MY PUREBRED ROTTWEILER. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GO TO THEM I WENT TO THEM UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY WERE GOOD AND THEY ARE NOT!!!! THEY ARE NOT SYMPATHETIC, THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME THAT I SIGNED A WAIVER BLAH BLAH BLAH WHICH MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IF YOU LOOKED THAT UP PEOPLE! Do your research, You can still sue from malpractice even though you signed paperwork. Not that that changes anything when you're beloved child with four legs cannot walk and now you have 125 lb suitcase that you have to come home to every single day and clean him up. All they see is money they see dollar signs and ways to tack on more for you to pay. It's truth and I caught them in it and there is no way for them to back out of it. They flat out tried to charge me $2,500 and then in the same sentence told me that he did not need it because I wanted them to put the bill! How do you back out of that one??? Please tell me I assume you know who I am! Feel free to reach out
