The first time I walked in and made an appointment for the same day. The cut was decent but for $30 with a $5 tip it should be at least decent. I made a second appointment but this time I had to wait out front of the shop for 15 min for Mike to show up. He apologized as he was held up and assured me this was an oddity. Again the cut was decent. I was then given access to their "elite" online booking system that I was told was only for valued repeat customers. I booked a third cut for today through the online booking system. Mike showed up 15 min late again this time. His answer to me asking, "why are you late again, do you not value my business enough to show up on time", was "by my clock I'm only 10 min late". I'm sorry Mike but no amount of time is acceptable to be late if you want to conduct business in a professional manner. With that they have lost a customer. Sorry guys but I don't give my money to people who don't want it. Let's not forget I am the customer paying for your services. Without customers you have no business.

She shaved almost my whole beard off before I could stop her, and cut the rest into a hideous geometric crescent like you'd see on Jersey Shore. Great show, not what I wanted for my face. I was impressed with the level of preparation and professionalism given these difficult times. The barbers all wore masks and gloves. They even make each customer wear a clear plastic poncho (like a trash bag with a hole for your head). The poncho was the only down side... after 20 mins it can get a little swampy under there. But, I appreciate why they have to do it. The haircut itself was perfect! The price was reasonable ($28 + tip). Plus, they have a really good crew working there. Highly recommend.
