If I could have given this place a zero, I would have. When my wife and I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised to see no one waiting. I was also kind of surprised there was only one barber and about six barber chairs. Then, the smell of feces hit me. It was a very strong pungent odor. As I hoped it wasn't actual feces, I thought maybe there was a plumbing problem causing the odor. My haircut took roughly eight minutes. The barber made no effort to layer or use scissors to do a better job. She was rather quiet and seemed to be unhappy with her line of work. When she was done, she grabbed a hot towel and put it on my neck and began massaging it. It felt great, but then I noticed a foul smell coming from the towel as if this towel had been used multiple times. It had that "this towel really needs to be washed smell!" My wife did not have to wait long, but as she sat on the couch she noticed a lot of food scattered about the floor and on the couch. It was not at all a clean facility. She dared to use the restroom and she wished she hadn't. It was absolutely filthy. We were so upset that we ever stepped foot into the Barber Shop. We were so disgusted, so much so, that we both took showers upon getting home. Next time, I will opt for risking my life at Sweeney Todd's Barber Shop before coming here! read more

Hung did a good job. A little rough at first with the razor/buzzer. But after a lil while went easier. Very friendly barber. I showed him what I wanted and he did a good job. Asked me if i wanted to go higher with the fade. And how would I like to do my front. He did not rush. He did great. Some barbers out there you tell them what you want and show them what you want and they do what they think is good. And don't ask if you like what they did. But not Hung he asked about the height of my fade. I asked if he could go higher on it which he did with no problem. He's great, very very professional and respectful. Barber- locust grove. Just a fair warning! Took my son to get his hair cut at the barber behind McDonald's in locust grove (by rt 20). When I arrived my son and I both walked in with masks on (out of repect) several employees were in the back did not have masks on but when I asked if we needed them they still said yes even for my 9rd old son (governor only said 10 and older). He took my son back, I could see him where I was sitting. Took him less than 10min and as my son come back so I could check his work he didnt say one word to me that he had REMOVED A TICK from my sons head without saying a word to me, even after he was finished! I paid, as I shouldn't have. Complete lack of respect for their customers! Ughhh he should not have done that!!!! Will never go back!!! read more

I walked in and asked the male barber for a medium fade. he basically gave me a high and tight but even higher. he was under the impression that a high fade was a mohawk and a medium fade was a high and tight. 33 dollars and had to go buy a hat to cover my head until me hair grows back. would not ever recommend this place. read more

This is a great barber shop. I got my own hair done and my 5 year old son. Both cuts were thorough, incredibly well done, and perfect for the cost ($12 for youth, $14 for adult). When I say thorough, I mean it. I have never seen a barber pay so much attention to the little details around the side and back of my hair.
