BY FAR THE WORST PLACE FOR A HOT SHAVE! The seat does not decline back leaving you in an awkward position and very uncomfortable. The whole idea is to get relaxed and enjoy not be uncomfortable and annoyed! This lady had no clue how to use the razor. I have nicks and cuts everywhere! The shave is not even near good nor is it complete! For $45 before tip you get a crappy haircut with the buzzer and a "hot towel" shave where they run a towel in some warm water. Your skin is not even properly prepped for the shave! NEVER AGAIN! read more

From the start the barber closest to the door was rude. She was extremely condescending throughout the entire haircut and she didn't give me what I asked for. I asked for a medium fade and received an absurdly high fade to the point that I have an egg head. During the haircut she would speak to me like a child then rattle off something to her coworker in another language. I knew they were talking about me because she said "TBS" multiple times. She then gave me a razor fade - didn't ask for that - and streaked the back of my head with cuts. The haircut is posted as $15. I gave her a $20 and she curtly said "thanks" and called the next person up not even offering the change back. read more

We've been going to Lee's forever! They are the only place my family goes to; they are clean, fast, and consistent. They have a play area for kids, with lots of books and toys to keep them occupied while you get your hair cut. There is plenty of seating and magazines to read as well to pass the time, in case they are busy. But you won't be waiting for long! While yes, you do have to pull cash to pay (there's 2 ATM's inside), the people are always so nice and do such a great job, so a slight inconvenience for a great experience. They also vacuum all the hair off which is super nice so you're not all hairy after. They will also shave the back of your neck to get a nice skin fade if you need. Been coming here for years. Won't go ANYWHERE else. If you are a simple person this is the best place!

Called on Friday 15 May 2020 and asked if they were open. Reply was "Yes, of course, come on by, only 15 minute wait. Asked "Do I need a mask?". Reply "Its up to you. We don't wear masks and we give good haircuts shaves and massages". Asked to talk to manager about the lack of health and safety measures. Stayed on hold over 5 minutes then I hung up. I will not be returning for my normal twice monthly visits. Don't want to risk my health over a haircut. read more

I had to update this review. I don't know what happened but the haircuts here have gotten worse each time that I go no matter who I go to. Maybe it's because they tried to wow me the first time and stopped caring after the fact. It's always uneven, as stated before they can't do a proper shape up to save their life and they claim that it's because my texture of hair. Today I gave this place one more chance and as expected, they let me down again. I'm not even picky, but I get tired of telling them to "fade this a little more, or make this even, or trim this." How hard is it to do a proper high and tight I wouldn't recommend this place if you're black or Hispanic. If you absolutley have to go here, don't let anyone else cut your hair besides Mrs. Lee. Trust me, it'll be a HUGE gamble! To make matters worse, if she's not there to fix it, you're screwed! read more

Got right in and a great haircut. Weekends can get busy so arrive when they open. Really good fade and I can take my kids here.

My boyfriend literally refuses to get his hair cut anywhere else because they always do the fade perfectly when he comes in for his weekly cut. As a in we drive 45-60 mins. in D.C. traffic every week so he can get his cut here, it's that good. Fast, consistent service at a great price. Definitely the place to go for military cuts and consistent fades/buzzes. read more

This spot is no different then all the other high and tight chop shops in the area. It's a little complicated to visit this shop and it's not worth fighting the Garrisonville traffic. The price is not competitive and the massage at the end is barely "ok". read more

Yesterday I lost my wallet. Typical me, losing things makes me crazy. I spent all afternoon hoping that an extra special someone would find it and return it. And guess what? It happened! This place is now my weekly barbershop. The back massage with a two handed vibrator, after your hair cut, is life changing.

This place gave great and very detail-oriented cuts, and like what some other reviews said, will cut your hair and work with you until you are satisfied. The lady that cut my hair was also very nice and friendly, and the place has an overall good vibe with it. Mrs Lee is talented (though don't let her use a straight razor on you - cut me twice out of the two times she used), but I had an awful haircut by another lady there when she was out. Make sure the person you get understands what you are saying and is not just repeating you. read more

I can't take it anymore- The owner, Lee, so much smarter than you, that she has the audacity to tell you "You don't know what you want... I know what you want" AFter explaining to her what is desired, she agrees, then rattles something off in Korean to her co-worker/employee and you get what she told you that you wanted in the first place. I quit going for a while, but was in a rush and they were close so I tried again with the EXACT same experience. Never again will I give them another dollar. Ask for Lee. The other lady couldn't cut hair and Lee had to save my haircut. Lee is also rough, but she does a great job.

I should have known. They give the cut they know how to do not the cut you tell them you want. I was very detailed in what I wanted but got their typical short haircut. It was supposed to be a longer flat top and its nowhere near close to that AND its uneven. I even said something during the haircut but got the typical response. read more

Lee's gives great haircuts. Good magazine selection and children's play area. Relaxing environment and friendly service. Nice shiatsu massage at the end. The only drawback is the lack of a numbering system, so when it gets crowded it can be challenging to know whose turn it is for a haircut. read more
