A lot of the stylist have left over the years that were just a joy to talk to and did great work. But now its seems like simple things as "line-up" are not understood. Three times in the last six visits I have signed up on the app and then checked in the store and was #1 on the line-up. Yet, for some reason not selected to be up next...even when everyone else in the store is "first available" like myself. I am not sure the purpose of this feature??? My goal isn't to spend as much time sitting on a folding chair....On deck, batter up, all fun phrases that are as helpful as a rain delay. Perhaps poor training that management can look at, or poor management in general. The lack of consistency is enough to finally call strike three and take my business elsewhere. Which I hate to do as I love to support the business in my town....If your looking for a single A place to get a haircut its spot on, but far from the majors.

I wasn't in a rush so that was fine. I selected the first available stylist since I didn't know any of them. I was notified as my wait time was less than the original amount. I drove over and told them I was there. Before I could take a seat, Bri said she could take me right then. She was nice, cute and on point. I told her I just needed my ends trimmed and my beard blended. Boom. She went to work and it looks great. I did the MVP service. The shampoo was nice and then it all finishes with an electric massager on your neck and shoulders. A nice touch without the stylist having to feel creepy rubbing random guys. So I think it's a great deal for $30 even if I don't have much hair left to trim. And I recommend Bri if you want a specific stylist.

In LA, it takes a 'barber' about 45 minutes to cut my hair, and it is usually screwed up. Minimum price in LA for a cut is $17-$20. At Bills Barber Shop, I can get a perfect haircut within 10-15 minutes. for $12. I am a Marine Veteran and am adamant about finding a barber that uses the clippers. The ladies there are wonderful, nice, and beautiful, oh, and give great cuts. They know how to use clippers for a short hair cut, I start at a zero blade and taper it up, and zip zip zip, it is done. Guys, tip these ladies after your cut, they deserve it. I usually give them a $20 for the $12 cut and they can keep that change. Thank You Bill's Barber again for the perfect cut, as usual. I wish I could afford to fly to Green Bay every time that I need a good hair cut.
