Make your own decision. I have been there twice. The ambiance is something I can't describe properly, but I really like it. Also, the cuts, made my head look nice again. Thank you for that! A couple days ago me and my girlfriend went to the paint splatter place inside the strip mall where…read moreresilient hair design is located. Once we were done there and were on our way out we walked passed their store front and as soon as we did, the man inside resilient hair designs started to yell and say profanities. Me and my girlfriend didn't pay much attention at first as we did nothing to illicit such a reaction towards us. We have no affiliation and have never been to the area, but for some reason the man became increasingly upset as we walked passed and we noticed he followed us out of the building and continued to yell towards our direction and when we looked back he was staring right at us and went back inside while continuing to maintain eye contact and yell profanities towards us. My girlfriend felt threatened and uncomfortable so we left as quickly as we could, I have no idea why this happened but if that man was the owner or an employee I would recommend not going there, I feel it may be an unsafe place to get a haircut and would recommend going elsewhere.
