While explaining the queue system, their communication style felt dismissive and the interaction was very uncomfortable and passive aggressive by the stylist I was speaking to. Though I was offered an MVP upgrade for next time, the handling of this technical mistake should have been more customer-friendly. While I appreciate the previous good experiences (hence 3 stars), this interaction has led me to consider other options for future services. I can't say I understand how their backend system truly works, but a simple and kind customer service response would have been appreciated.
