A lot of places have a hard time with all this. Most places also only know how to use electric razors like it's some sort of art form but have no idea how to actually cut hair with scissors. It's a comfortable shop with good reading material in the waiting area and always some good racing related stuff on the TV, most of the time, something you've never heard of. It's easy to make an appointment online and the prices are reasonable. Jeff is what I like to call an artist. I met him soon after moving to the area, and thankfully I have found my barber. We have great conversations about all sorts of random stuff. Most people that I meet there have also been getting their hair cut there for a long time. I don't even need to describe things other than potentially leaving it longer in the winter. The true test is that my wife always likes my haircut every time that I come home from the shop. I found the shop because of reviews here, and have been meaning to leave one for a long time.

When I approached the front desk to explain the situation (about 60 seconds after the cancellation), the stylist explained I would need to go to the back of the line. While explaining the queue system, their communication style felt dismissive and the interaction was very uncomfortable and passive aggressive by the stylist I was speaking to. Though I was offered an MVP upgrade for next time, the handling of this technical mistake should have been more customer-friendly. While I appreciate the previous good experiences (hence 3 stars), this interaction has led me to consider other options for future services.
