Then, you guessed it, a third "walk-in" came in and was immediately handled. Finally, someone came to the front after finishing, and asked yet again (15 minutes past the original appointment) if I had an appointment. I said yes, and then she finally took my son and myself about 10 minutes later. During the haircut, I mentioned this, and the stylist said, "They all had appointments," a clear lie. So, I mentioned that I heard each one ask and say they were walk-ins. She ignored my response. Another stylist walked behind me, and I guess wasn't smart enough to know there were two mirrors and give a face to the woman working on me, like I was being unreasonable by asking about this. Finally, the haircuts were the worst we have ever had. I asked for my son's to be just a trim, and they basically shaved his head. I asked for mine to be more than just a trim, and the woman clipped here and there for 30 minutes. When I got up, it looked like nothing was done. The absolute worst place to get a haircut. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Not only are they bad at cutting hair, they are also rude and don't even follow their appointment schedule.
