I'll start out by saying, I've had an old school barber for years, but after moving to Newberg my…read morebarber in Portland was getting more difficult to make it too. Over the past couple years I've tried a couple places in town, but nothing was cutting it(no pun intended). Today I decided to try Bubba's. I walked in and knew I was in the right place, a true old school style barbershop. Deer heads, a tv, funny quotes and a TrailBlazers sign. A few minutes later my turn was up and the barber listen to what I wanted and started to clip away. He used actual scissors and only and electric clipper! The cut was fantastic and feels so good! $15 isn't bad for an actual barber haircut. It took about 15-20 minutes, but It beats paying around the same price for a quick salon cut that leaves you feeling like they spent 5min on quickly buzzing your head with electric clippers. You can tell they care about their cuts, your not just another head.
