Phil has a tendency to focusing more on talking politics than on cutting clients hair, it got to the point where a client asked if he was on break because Phil was talking so much. He had about seven women working for him, now he's down to I believe three. Tendency years ago there were a couple people waiting with several women working but now very few people are going there and now you need an appointment. This last Saturday they were open and no customers. I wonder how they feel about Trump now.

I sat down and we discussed for a minute or so and he got to work and gave a great cut. The shop was busy and inviting. I got the cut and a beard trim with hot towel and face massage for $45. Best Barber Shop…read more Every man knows how important it is to get a haircut and how important it is to trust someone to cut your hair. Every man values their hair or their beard and wants to be satisfied every time they leave the barbershop. I myself get a haircut every 2-3 weeks and always want to leave with the best service possible. There are many barber shops all around, everyone has their own opinion on which is the best. I decided to check out this new barber shop called Elevated Barber Studio located in Joliet. It was the best experience I've ever had and left the barbershop very satisfied. The barber shop looked amazing for just making its grand opening last year. The inside of the barber shop was phenomenal. The lighting was bright and stunning. Every barber had their own station that included a ring light, a large mirror and their storage container. The nice gray wood floors complimented the shop very well as the shop had a darkish gray tone. In the middle of the shop there were four black couches with three large tvs above them. This made me feel like I was at home, I was so comfortable while waiting to get my haircut. The shop looked very clean and organized compared to other shops I've been to. The service was excellent. This barber shop takes appointments and walk-ins. I made my appointment on an app called booksy which was very simple to use. On the app you select which barber you would like to book for your appointment. The barber then has a list of available times which you select to book with them. The barber then has to confirm your appointment and that's all to make your appointment. The service was amazing, right when I got there for my appointment I was immediately taken care of. Once I sat on that chair my barber started to work right away. I asked for a burst fade and got exactly what I wanted in the matter of only 40-45 minutes. The fade was as best as it could possibly get, giving me exactly what I wanted and expected. I left the barbershop feeling as confident and satisfied as I can be. Overall I have to give this barber shop 5 out of 5 stars. Everything was perfect from the looks of the shops to the actual service you receive. I highly recommend trying this barbershop if you're ever looking for a new place to get your haircut, you will be guaranteed the best service and quality you can get.
