I had gone to Dr Alanen for many years and was mostly pleased with his service however this was too serious to overlook. I told her to confirm an appointment within the next hour. she told me that I can do this over the phone and refused to comment or consider me any further. I told her that I would do just that, I left and cancelled my appointment. I am not a walking disease nor a criminal nor do I threaten any human life.
