I was…read moreimmediately inspired by her pencil portrait work, so I decided to ask if I could commission a drawing made for my adorable grandparents. I had a nice photo that was taken of them many years ago, and Debi truly brought it to life. I couldn't believe how realistic the portraits were when she was done. It captured them so well, and was more life-like than the original photo. It's so nicely detailed, with a sparkle in their eyes - I absolutely love it. Every time I see this illustration hanging in their den it makes me happy I went to Debi's studio that day, because it inspired a unique gift that surprised my whole family for Christmas and immortalized the people I care about the most.

We hired Roberta to match a faux finish on kitchen cabinets, re decorate a fireplace and other…read morework. She did a good job on the fireplace and a pretty nice job on the kitchen cabinets, until she had some personal problem of some kind. The job in the kitchen got abandoned, parts were not finished and the varnish finish coat was sloppy and had large missed areas that were not covered. A spice cabinet in the kitchen that was to match the main cabinets did not match very well and had a whitewash effect that made it look different. Roberta told me I didn't know anything about art and would not change it because she liked it the way it was. We paid our bills promptly and when he would not come back to clean up the missed spots she refused to return our "deposit"of $2000. Wet old her to deduct the $200 we owed her and return the balance and she then made up a bogus bill for "consulting" -and travel time and said we were even, Do not give Roberta a deposit without a written agreement of some kind or she will rip you off like she did to us, We had to pay another person to finish her work. We found another artist who is much better in quality, is honest and is a much more talented artist. We do not recommend this artist mostly because she is hard to work with, does not keep her word, has too many personal problems that interfere with the work we are paying for AND she cannot be trusted with a deposit. I would sue her for the money but she doesn't have any money to get back. The best thing to do is avoid her or you will get ripped off,
