But my shoulder injury was 10 years in the making. When we are given guidance to relax those shoulders down and away from our ears AND WE DON'T LISTEN, then you stand where I am now. Nine months out and still with pain and impingement. But thanks to Melissa's encouragement, patience, and strategies of hope, I'm slowly building strength, teaching my body how to relax. Dry needling is a wonderful path to relieving tension, and added bonus, reducing facial puffiness. When we don't listen to our bodies, they will force us to listen, especially if we are on a journey toward healing and trying to listen to what our bodies need. I'm so glad I followed my gut and signed up for sessions with Melissa and I'm so glad she is trained in the Mackenzie style of Physical Therapy. It should be required training for all physical therapists. Learning exercises I had been doing were actually causes my shoulder to come out of alignment, when that was my problem, was a hug eye opener. And adding Pilates exercises to grow foundational strength and learn patience through purposeful movement is essential for chronic muscle tension and as an effect, poor joint mobility and strength. I love your office space. Perfect model! Thank you for your energy and your passion. Best to you in your practice forever and always. Kora

I have known the folks at this office since the mid 1980s. I am not embarrassed to admit that I have used them for help dealing with grief after a significant loss. I have referred several individuals there and can report that they are delighted in the services received. I am particularly impressed with the broad array of skill sets offered. Dr. Paul Fallon is a Harvard graduate and a psychiatrist. He is easy to talk to and will take the time to answer any questions you have. He doesn't just fill you with drugs. He is genuinely interested in YOU as a person as well as a patient. I believe he works out of Exeter too but not sure of this. David McCue is a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He is kind and like Dr.Fallon, has a great cache of skills yet is not arrogant but is warm and easy to talk to. He is good with couples, individuals and families. Dr. Fallon is in high demand but the last time I checked he took Medicare assignment and I believe many of the others do. If your marriage is on the rocks, or you just experienced a loss, try this group. They are NOT like many cold, distant providers who take your money and run. I wish that people would open up about this topic...people need to know about the highly skilled docs, social workers, etc.---they can save you or a loved one's life! Please try this office and I hope that your world changes as much as mine and the people I referred has. Please write me with your questions or comments if you feel uncomfortable writing them "in public". Good luck and please know there are blessed humans on this earth who can help you and have made it their life's passion to do so.

They offered a cortisone injection not because I needed it, but because that's all they know how to do. Anyway, I was amazed at Karen's deep knowledge of body mechanics. She had a clear understanding of the structures involved and how they connected to other parts of my body. She understood what was happening in my body. Best of all she was able to help me reduce the pain and improve my movement and functioning overall. She worked on me directly and taught me how to work on myself. I continue to use the things she taught me on a daily basis to improve my posture and physical functioning. Plus she is a super nice and caring person. Doctors stuck a titanium rod in the leg and screwed it in. I was completely unable to walk for a month. I had a crutch but even basic movement was painful. I was stuck at home, unable to even work, with my parents having to stay at my house to take care of me like I was still a child. Very sad times. I tried finding a PT, even going as far as asking my doctors for recommendations and referrals. I ended up at a few places that wanted to simply put me on a basic run-of-the-mill program. They weren't interested in the specifics of my injury and what hurt and what didn't. I almost gave up. I found this place via Yelp coincidentally. It had great reviews and for very good reason. The very first visit I did I met Carrie and her team. She spent time exploring the specifics of the pain and problems I had and over the other visits crafted a program for me that helped. I showed up on crutches, pain with every step I took for over a month. Within a week I was off the crutches. The breadth of knowledge of this team in this area was simply astounding. I could show up to a visit, explain what was hurting or causing me discomfort and they would craft a routine for me on the spot that helped immediately. In no time I was doing targeted leg raises, squats and stretches. I can proudly say today, 6 months after completely breaking my leg in two, I can walk like a regular human being. This team is a life saver.
