On the positive side, their pricing structure is competitive to other practices I researched, and the staff is consistently friendly, responsive, and supportive. The overall customer service experience has been excellent--they are attentive, easy to work with, and the doctor weekly post-ops for 4 weeks because my case has become one reflecting on her professional quality. The issue my rating is lowered due to the surgical outcomes. Despite the doctor is double board-certified surgeon with what I believed to be extensive experience in cosmetic surgery and open revision rhinoplasty, I ended up with an approximately one-inch visible cutting scar across my nose, right in the middle of my face!! The procedures took 9 hours which indicates some challenges she was facing. I also learned later that a cosmetic surgeon is not equivalent to a plastic surgeon. Her sutures are rough and uneven, causing bruises and prominent scar at post-ops. Although she offered free micro-needling treatments, the accidental scar should NOT happen to begin with a DOUBLE boards certified professional!! Additionally, with lower and upper eyelid blepharoplasty, the eyelids resulted in asymmetry, one big and one small eyes. The lower eyelid incisions were not drawn equally and results in an ectropion - lower eyelid sagging appearance in my right eye. At six weeks post-op, I am still trying to understand and process these results. Prior to committing, I asked to review pictures of her patients had reviewed, of course I did not see any example of this complication & outcome. That said, I did sign a waiver that mentioned such risks, which in hindsight suggests the professional quality. Also, any corrective surgery will be extra cost. In my case of lower eyelid correction, an out-patient procedure can be done with local anesthetic to tighten the lower lid tarsal plate of which she would not perform. Also, she has vetted ownership with the Cy-Fair Surgery Center. That said, she would not do any out-patient corrective procedure unless it requires a general anesthetics at Cy-Fair facilities which will cost higher. To the surgeon's credit, she has been kind, communicative, and willing to monitor my condition closely. She offered to provide 3 free micro needling sessions "on the scar" for me. However, for the sagging eyelid, to my surprise, she told me to massage and tape the lower eyelid for an experiment up to six months to see if things improve naturally, which is difficult given the current appearance and impact on my daily life. Overall, while the service and care have been strong, the surgical results have been disappointing so far. I hope for improvement over time as well as seeking correction from other doctors and scars specialists. The bottom line should be known that her certified cosmetic surgeon skills are less than standard. So at this stage, I feel a 1-star rating is a fair reflection of the damages and concerns

What amazed me the most it's that after hours he answer his own calls. If you have any questions after office hours, your call will be answer. He really is there for his patients. My back and neck hurt from the heaviness of my breasts, and finding suitable bras and clothes was difficult, because I'm otherwise not a large person. Dr. Roff was one of the few surgeons that accepted insurance for the medically necessary procedure. He removed about 3.4 pounds off my breasts. Although it certainly feels good to have this weight off, I would NOT recommend Dr. Roff for these reasons: My breasts are of course smaller and perkier. The scars look like he was in a hurry when he was sewing me up. Even that is not the worst part. The WORST part is that my breasts look and feel like they're under my arms. They protrude out on the side of my arms. Maybe that doesn't look bad, but the problem is they don't FEEL right. I have breasts under my arms which is NOT comfortable! I was told right after the surgery this was due to swelling and it would dissipate, but almost three years later, I have breasts under my arms! Breasts are supposed to be in one's front - NOT on the sides! When I told Dr. Roff I was not happy with the result he proclaimed that the surgery was Successful! He does not seem to be a compassionate person. His demeanor is gruff and he didn't care what I said about the results. I don't think I was too demanding, but just want to look and feel normal. I would NOT recommend anyone to use Dr. Roff, for these reasons. I wish I would have used a different surgeon. If you are reading this - do more homework and find a better surgeon who has good reviews.

My call was received by a woman with an attitude who don't seem to care, her tone of voice and her replies were "I don't give a damn about your business". I wish the Doctor knows about this, it is absolutely unacceptable to a business owner. I asked her about her attitude and she laughed it off and said "this is how I deal it customers "professionally". Wow, good luck with that. I will call my insurance carrier to report this type of service too.

Ms Miranda, Kaitlyn, and Angelica knows you by name and greets you as you walk in. Everything is on schedule but you won't feel rushed. I've been treated here three times in the last 9 months and the experiences have been consistently excellent. They have an in-house lab and lots of patients go there for shots, vaccines and weight loss. And the place is definitely the nicest decorated medical office I've been to. The exam rooms are HUGE!
