I've never had a dentist sit down and explain what is going on with my X-rays. I'm always left to trust and assume what I am told is the truth. I was traveling from out of town and the clinic was able to move some things around to squeeze me in. One of their staff came in on their day off so I could get a treatment before leaving town. You can tell the group genuinely cares about their patients.

The office is very clean and tidy, COVID protocols were in place, and the office has technology to help the staff work better and smarter. I have dreaded going to the dentist for decades, but I felt so comfortable and safe, that angst may be over. Great job!

The lack of compassion and unwillingness to accommodate a minor delay made the entire experience feel dismissive and unprofessional. I went in scared to death that a small growth in my mouth was cancerous. When I went in they could…read moretell I was very nervous and upset but they were all gentle and comforting. Dr. Terry Olejko came in to take a look and stated what he thought it was which would not be cancerous. He then asked if I would like for them to do a biopsy since I was already in the office. Sure! I was taken into another room and the whole thing took less than 10 mins. The staff is amazing with comfort and care. They explained the insurance part and I was able to go back to work. They called me to make sure I was doing ok and advised if I had any issues with the sutures or the site of biopsy, to give them a call. They called 3 days later and stated it was confirmed by OSU that it was exactly what the Dr Olejko thought it was.....not cancerous! What a huge relief. I would recommend him to anyone needing teeth pulled or any other oral health issues beyond a dentist.

Anyway, after hitting my self-imposed two year schedule for a dental visit I asked several of my coworkers for a recommendation for a dentist in Upper Arlington. Dr. Toth was recommended by two different people, so off I went. My appointment was scheduled quickly and I waited maybe 5 minutes in the waiting room (long enough for me to fill out paperwork). My check up and cleaning went without a hitch. And.... no cavities!!! Also, I appreciated that Dr. Toth did not try to sell me on any cosmetic dental stuff or push extra services that I didn't need. But the biggest reason that I will always recommend Dr. Toth to anyone that will listen is the way he treated my son... My little boy is 3 years old and was scheduled for his first checkup and cleaning a week after my own. We brought him with me on my appointment so he could watch my check up and cleaning.
