There is one…read morefloor (pictured) with private offices and a co-working space along with another couple floors with private offices and phone booths. Overall, it's a great place to work. It's clean, quiet, and you can tell people are here to get stuff done. The super fancy industrial espresso machine grinds fresh beans for every shot - it's amazing. Lastly, the manager Alex is one of those rare unicorns in Miami - a person who actually cares about doing a good job and can pull it off.

I love the way it's been decorated and have felt very supported by the people who run it. Every day I feel happy to arrive at work! It's more calm and quiet than I would have expected a coworking space to be, which I like. But there is always someone nice to talk to. The parking is $40 if you stay more than a couple of hours. $40. I think they need to rethink the overall cost of working from that location. The receptionist offered street parking as an alternative, which is nonexistent and also there is active construction on 2 sides of the building. This one's a no for me, I don't have $800 for parking
