The presidential Circle really sprused up Hollywood Blvd since the long standing Riverside Military Academy closed in 1984. The view of the building is breathtaking from east or west travel on Hollywood Blvd from 46th Ave to Park Road. The blue tinted glass structure with a massive American flag proudly flying inside the open atrium. Plenty of businesses fill the office spaces. The tenants parking is underground but plenty of free open above ground spaces surround the building. There are handicap spaces and 15 minute parking spaces directly in front of the north entrance. My wife and I came here today to visit the "My Office Kitchen" café. We grabbed some coffee. The café is open for all tenants and visitors. There is a security guard sitting at the front lobby of the atrium. read more

Beautifully constructed building at the center of Hollywood Boulevard. The lobby is amazing with an American flag about 50 feet above my head with offices around the exterior. The businesses are lucky to have a coffee shop called The Kitchen Office in the lobby next to the elevators. Had a cappuccino with cinnamon on the top foam. read more

My employer rented office space here while getting our Miami office built out. With its gleaming glass facade and beautiful glass atrium alone, this is what my idea of a corporate headquarters looks like. It's located right on Hollywood Boulevard close to I-95 and a TriRail station. There's both surface parking and an underground "VIP" parking garage. As another reviewer mentioned - and I've reviewed separately - there's an on-premise / cafe restaurant. Since we were there temporarily, my employer rented office space through Regus. In an unflattering/ politically incorrect way, it's like the pay by the hour motel of office real estate (insert devil face emoji). No really, this company allows micro to almost full time rent of working space. Out of the fifth floor, there was a variety of space as small as a micro desk (called a "thinkpod") , a couple of conference rooms and private offices perfect for one or two people to work. Access is keycard controlled, though the very friendly employees at the front desk have a spare door key and keycard if you forgot yours. After a brief hang up the first two days and coordination with our main office's IT department we were able to secure and pay for their priority wired internet (go ahead and splurge, it's worth it). Our particular space also had a great city view. The only two issues were that the AC in the space was subarctic cold - I had to bring a hoodie to stay comfortable. Also, while their coffee machine in the main lobby (great French vanilla lattes) works with either a regular credit card or your office key card, the snack vending machine is still cash based (and won't give change for a $5 or greater). All in all, this is a great space to rent for a startup or just temporary meeting space. read more

I would not penalize the business by giving them a low rating in order to access Yelp's comments area. I have not shopped at Regus. I don't know presidential circle. read more

I come to Presidential Circle in Hollywood from time to time for work. It is located at a circle where you can just keep driving round and round until you find an entrance that allows entry. Most say Do Not Enter. This can be confusing if you have never been here. Many of the parking spaces are extremely narrow. Not good when you drive an SUV like me. I park far from everyone so my vehicle does not get dinged. Inconvenient with the all the rain and sun we have in Florida... One good thing is the elevator runs fast. Also, they have a little cafe so that is convenient if you can't get out of the building because you don't have a lot of time. Also, there is ALWAYS a security guard here. Great for safety but also if you need help finding the office you need to go to, they are always glad to help. read more

This company DOES NOT even deserve one single rating. IT IS A FOREIGN COMPANY... The service was WAY BELOW AVERAGE the experience of the attendants- below average, the response time, below average. They continuously supercharge their clients ...they take 1 to 2 months to send an email response back and never give specifics on why you were charged...they will not contact you if you have an issue or a problem ...they continuously bill you despite you not having services. I was overcharged over 15 times with this company had to make a dispute every single month for almost a year. When my contract was up they had the nerve to FINALLY CALL ME and ask me if I wanted to renew in which case I told him to go fuck themselves.WORST FRICKIN COMPANY ON AMERICAN SOIL. read more

Horrible experience at this location. For the past 2.5 months I have rented a private office 2 days a week at Regus Hollywood. On multiple occasions, the staff members used their master key to enter my private office without knocking to interrupt my work day, which is unacceptable. I pay for a 'PRIVATE' office for a reason! The staff would enter my office without consent, interrupting my important meetings to ask me to switch to a different room to make it more convenient for other guests. That is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful! On another occasion, I entered the office at my scheduled reservation time of 8:30am to an empty lobby and no one at the front desk. I do not have a personal key, as I rent offices by the day, so the receptionist has to let me in every morning. I waited in the lobby, as a group of 6-10 other clients formed waiting as well. It was 9:00am when she showed up - 30 minutes PAST my appointment time! She was completely unapologetic and did not care that I was now late for work despite personally arriving 30 minutes prior to my scheduled work day. Another example of her lack of professionalism. The instance that upset me the most was when I arrived one morning as usual at 8:30am and went into my office to set up my work space and my laptop would not connect to the Regus wifi. I tried to troubleshoot for about 20 minutes with no luck before going up to the front desk to ask for help. The receptionist replied "mine is working" and told me that there was nothing she could do. I asked if there was maintenance or IT that could be called to help and she said no. This left me with no other choice but to pack up all my belongings and leave to find somewhere else to work. This was the second time I was late to work due to Regus' incompetence, and another example of the staff's rude and unprofessional behavior. Completely unacceptable that I pay for an office to work from and they could not even provide me with the most basic necessity for remote working - WIFI!! I paid for the office that day that I did not even get to use, what a scam and waste of money. When I called to complain after (because I had to run out the door to try to find a place to work asap) I wasn't offered any compensation or even a call back from the manager with an apology. Do yourself a favor and go to the Aventura Corporate Center location. Their staff is friendly, they respect your privacy and they provide you with the services they promise. Couldn't be more grateful to never have to return to the Hollywood Regus office ever again! read more

Regus has a long line of dissatisfied customers/clients as proven by many reviews and even custom websites made by people upset that Regus hadn't returned their deposit, associates lied, used shady business and sale tactics, etc. My personal experience at 4000 Hollywood Blvd. Hollywood, fl 33021 location was right on par with the horrifying reviews I wish I had read before paying. I was sent a general contract with no details regarding end date, and most erroneously, no possibility of termination at the end of the month i started in. Mind you, this is a month to month offer i accepted in which i expressed an extreme need for the option to terminate end of month no matter what i had to do. After that sales conversation and tour, she instructed me how to pay online and then all communication ceased. I had questions regarding the termination that day I paid, concerned about my deposit and next month. I continued to attempt contact and they continued to ignore and provide false information. Sales manager Andrea sent me completely different contract than what was orally agreed on. There are much better people and companies to do business with during these difficult times! read more

With our international clientele it gives us the feasibility to conduct business and still maintain our professional image. The Hollywood Regus office has been a fantastic option for our company. We needed clean professional office space and their offices more than fit the bill. We also needed to keep our overhead down which made the added benefit of Regus support staff and amenities including a big modern kitchen, copy room and meeting rooms a huge bonus for us.
