Guy who refused to give us bottled water for free :(
    Jaime M.

Lets be clear, this review is strictly on Bar Luca. We enjoyed our time there talking with our bartendar Fred. He was very friendly & knowledgable about different bourbons that my husband was asking him about. It wasn't until the end that pissed us off. We were sitting there playing video poker & havin a few drinks then as we were leaving we asked another bartendar (because ours went on his break) for a couple little bottles of water to take to our room. He said he would have to charge us for them!! Seriously!?!! After spending a good couple hours there & he's gonna tell us this?!!! Its like he doesn't want us to stay hydrated or something! He then said well u can charge them to your room, we're like no screw it! So he ended up giving us just a very small cup of ice water instead! What a joke! We probably won't be back.

Visited Luca Bar in the Palazzo Andrew ( bartender)was amazing ! Can't believe people we're tipping short and just rude! We spoke with the main manager Phillip and can careless for the feedback and things that should be looking out for. Like 86' someone for being drunk and breaking glasses, or hookers soliciting to everyone. Like really ! Take some pointers by Andrew. Disappointed that he wasn't credit for the hookers that actually target us and and everyone else. The stuff Andrew had to deal with I wouldn't want to be employed by this place. Andrew was our bartender took care of everyone and this place was is full. Andrew never complain and always had a smile. Be aware! This place can be sketchy and don't want to be here all night. To many things happening all at once. We asked for Andrew and to thank him for his service and main bartender said his not around and rude which was Philip. Not a good place at all. Only place opened besides casino. Notes it was a Wednesday

This is such a cool bar on property at the Rio. It's a very Brazilian vibe in here and just so cool. The lounge seating is absolutely beautiful. I just got a gin and tonic, but next time I come back here, definitely grabbing one of their tropical cocktails which looked so good. There was live entertainment when we were here, too. Such a cool spot. Would definitely come back here again!

Adhering to the Brazil vibe, it has a gold jaguar climbing the bar and a very chique vibe with pops of gold and patterned seat upholstery. And it's a perfectly convenient stop for a drink when meeting others in the lobby to leave for dinner. Bartender Christian is as friendly as all the staff at the Rio and took great care of us. The cocktail game is real and we had some excellent, beautiful drinks. There was a live singer some nights. (Lapa & Luckley's have happy hours a few days a week) Also, I don't know how often this happens, but while in the casino we were given a buy one get one coupon for drinks here! But be sure to tip on your total before the discount ;)

We invited two friends and we had separate reservations but they were able to seat us together! We enjoyed the welcome cocktail, which was tequila based and presented in a coconut kinda thing that was overflowing with dry ice for effects. So fun. They gave us these books for menus! Each cocktail had a story like description and a gorgeous photo. They have two parts to the cocktail menu, with the back end ha I g market price cocktails. Watch out! The market price old fashioned was $295 due to the vintage old forester in it. The cheapest cocktail I saw was $38, the velvet moon, which my husband has had many times. He had it again, as his second cocktail, so that I would try it; it is so good. His first cocktail was the Passion's Serenade $45. What a cool idea and it was tasty. Most drinks were around $60. I took my time and ordered the Liberty's Torch. I had no idea they would bring the elements to the table and make it right in front of me! Wow! My second cocktail was the Maison de Luxe $70. Our friends had the velvet moon as well! And they had some sort of Mexican style drink like a cantarito which came with a little sombrero hat that they got to keep! I was impressed that they brought a second snack set for our friends who joined us a little late. I was glad I could eat everything and not have to share! Haha This place is so unique but very expensive. We asked for the check so we could get on to dinner and they surprised us with four gelatin shots! Thank you! We will be back.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with beautiful decor and a cozy, intimate atmosphere. The service was outstanding. Our bartender was super friendly and every drink were crafted and presented beautifully. The cocktails are definitely on the expensive side, but you're paying for the entire experience. They also bring out complimentary snacks and dessert jellies, and everything is served with incredible attention to detail. It's a small space, so I'd recommend making a reservation. If you're looking to treat yourself to a unique cocktail experience in Las Vegas, I would definitely recommend The Vault.
