In this area it's normal to serve snacks with alcohol, because it's not good for you to drink without eating something. And you don't have to order them. You can if you want to, or have a sandwich or tosti with your wine. Service is pretty good and staff are friendly and helpful. They have such a great list of traditional piemontese drinks available that I always have a hard time choosing. I have tried the Cappuccino con Panna (about 40 percent panna which is why I love it) and the Aqua Menta. They have nice naturally lit seating indoors whether you are alone or with other people as well as seating on the second floor or outside.
