The house salad was good and fresh, bread was hard but perfectly soft when eaten with the oil and vinaigrette. We were just walking through the beautiful mountain town and saw a crowd of people around the patio here and decided to try it. The owner was out there talking with all the customers. They all knew each other, talking, greeting one another, and bringing a great sense of community. We went there for lunch and our waitress was so kind. We speak no Italian and she was very patient with us and made sure we felt comfortable. When leaving, we bought a bottle of wine and said we weren't sure if we had a wine key. Our waitress, Sara, simply handed us a wine key from behind the bar and asked if we could return it later on. We were amazed!! Sure enough we returned later that night for more wine and appetizers. We returned the wine key and the owner was kind enough to give us a discount on the wine even though we just returned his wine key that he owned! What an amazing experience!! Grazie Mille!
