After a long day of work, I was ready to blow off some steam, so I headed to the gun range. Long story short, I ended up here that evening. After about a 15 minute wait, a few shots (not the good kind either) and 9 stitches, I went about my merry way. I will admit, it wasn't all that minor. But just as an example, the doctors there can handle basically anything that the ER doctors can. I've also taken my daughter here for sports physicals. They usually run a special on them in the late summer/early fall. The outside doesn't look like much, and you usually see a panhandler at the corner of Boardwalk and New Circle... neither beats the things that you usually see in the waiting room at the ER.

Hours posted are incorrect drove 25 minutes because I felt terrible, and the hours said 9pm, but…read morewhen you look at google it says 8:30 so I showed up at 8 because again I felt terrible and wanted to know what was going on and they closed early shut all lights off, if that's the case fix your hours, so people don't waste there time driving out of there way to seek medical attention.

I later received a bill from them for $275 for said stitches. I thought I needed to pay it, assuming they were out of network for my insurance. I wrote a check and didn't think twice about it. Until a week later when I received my explanation of benefits from my insurance stating they paid the full amount and I owed the urgent care nothing. I didn't think much of it - just thought the insurance paid for it after the urgent care sent me the bill and they wouldn't cash the check. BUT, they did cash the check. I then called them to rectify this and get my refund. They use a third party answering service so I couldn't speak with anyone directly about this issue - all they could do is take my information for a call back. I didn't receive a call back for a month so I called again, same story. I called back after a week, and still haven't received a call back. I don't recommend anyone coming here. You may pay for something your insurance covered and not only not get a refund, but not even the decency of a return phone call to explain what's going on. I get we're in weird times now and they're probably overwhelmed. But this happened in mid July and it is currently mid November. This is inexcusable behavior so get treated here at your own risk. There are other urgent cares in the area that will treat you with respect and honesty, but this establishment is not one of them.

When I called the office first thing the next morning (August 14th, 2026) as well as two other times that day trying to talk to a provider to get a different medication, no one ever called me back. At the end of the day, it turned out the provider called my pharmacy prescribing the same medicine that I had been prescribed the day before!! It was as if no one had paid attention to what I had described to the woman answering the phones that Friday. From the beginning it was obvious in how she spoke to me that this woman wasn't very interested in providing detailed messages to the provider. Instead, she was more concerned about getting off the phone, while in the background I heard several women talking and laughing and being very loud. It is very possible that the ball was dropped when providing communication to the provider. But the provider should have at the very least checked the file before prescribing the very same medication. In addition, I should have been given a phone call to verify what I needed. Usually when I have gone in to Concentra in the past, I have seen Dr. Sheela and she has always been great. However this recent experience with staff, and the other provider working that day, has made me never want to go back there. Their lack of detail, lack of professionalism, and leaving me without the care I needed was a detriment to my health. I went elsewhere that weekend to get the correct medication I needed. I will never go back to Concentra.

I was registered quickly and sent over to the swabbing line to get tested for the winter trio. And what do you know I'm flu positive. I was quickly seen by a doctor, prescriptions sent over to pharmacy and off I went. Took me a total of about 1.5 hours. Everyone was really nice and the facility was clean.

I have tried calling the clinic to speak to someone, no one answers and voicemail isn't set up. I had to call the pharmacy to be told they are on lunch. I am very disappointed in this business. Update, I received a call from Little Clinic customer service and we worked out a fair and agreeable payment for services. If you have insurance that covers the Little Clinic, they are very nice, service was quick and same day, also I was correctly diagnosed. My issue was handled by clear English speaking staff that were also extremely nice. If my insurance covered them, I would go back.
