    June 2026 - in person visit at Family Medical Centers - San Pablo - also known as Coastal Health…read morePrimary - with NEW PCM/PCP Muenz - disappointing - unhappy - not satisfied - not going to give good rating - less than 4 - I told Dr. Muenz during visit - showed him Walgreens Pharmacy information - asked for Walgreens - STILL HIS OFFICE STAFF OR HIM - SENT MY - prescription to Publix Pharmacy Before I left Dr. Muenz office/location Bldg. I talked to front desk staff, she made correction that I want my prescription sent to MY WALGREENS - I gave her address etc. Next day/June 2026 - I called Dr. Muenz office to find out if prescription was sent - person replied that it was sent to Beach Blvd. Publix Pharmacy - I had to ask more... questions - where, what is the address, phone number etc. I asked HER WHY - PRESCRIPTION WASN'T SENT TO my Walgreens pharmacy? No answer. I had to call Publix Pharmacy - find out my prescription was sent there - when it will be ready etc. - also Publix Pharmacy had my phone number wrong - I had to fill out all the necessary information to REGISTER with Publix Pharmacy, so stressful, unnecessary stress, worries, headache, extra steps because Dr. Muenz staff or him chooses Pharmacy they want -NOT WHAT I want. So upsetting. I am so sick of the games doctor's office staff or... plays with patients. Dr. Muenz is great, front desk check in staff is fantastic. A young female staff who was checking my blood pressure etc. is just ok, not great. make sure you ask them to resend your prescription to Your pharmacy that you go to, if it is sent to another Pharmacy, have them Cancel it, then resend to correct pharmacy... otherwise you will have many pharmacies for your different prescription. New Pharmacy all the questions to answer, Register... so much headache, stress, unnecessary Time wasted, energy and More.... i hate People play their game. I had surgery less than a month ago, I was in Pain. i still am in lots of pain, healing takes time. so... Frustrating.

This location is wonderful. Everyone is so kind, whether it's the people on the phone or the nurses/doctors taking care of you. They are very accommodating as well and have been flexible in moving appointments around for me where other doctor's offices would laugh in my face. MyChart is a very helpful tool and they always upload results and get back to you promptly which I greatly appreciate as an anxious person. I wish I could give them a 6/5 or 11/10!!!

    I am submitting this complaint regarding my recent experience with a provider who was going to be…read moreresponsible for completing military paperwork (overseas health screening clearance). Before scheduling the appointment, I made sure it was something they would be able to complete. I came with all required paperwork and the nurse returned the last few pages at the end of the visit, stating it was not required - I then found out it was and we had to bring it back into the office. The provider appeared unfamiliar with the requirements and was unable to correctly complete or sign the forms during the visit. I expected the provider to either have the knowledge necessary to complete it or to seek appropriate guidance if they were uncertain. The paperwork remained incomplete, which caused me weeks of delay (some because of the provider being out on PTO) and created stress and inconvenience. After she got back from PTO, I was asked to reschedule another visit. Which meant another copay and more of my time. I initially understood it would only take a few days. I did state "Do I need to show her where to sign?" to the lady on the phone because I was infuriated. I do apologize for the disrespect but seriously! I ended up finding another civilian provider who was able to complete it the day of visit! I have never had a medical experience like this and I am not usually a confrontational person but the communication between the team in the office is lacking. This was embarrassing! Patients should not experience delays or complications because a provider is unfamiliar with paperwork they are expected to complete. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
