We were there for awhile , my Dad was sitting in the car I went out to get him so he knew everything was ok. The Dr on call was very nice. Did a good job talking to my Mom and trying to help her. She prescribed medication and said to follow up if we need to. Definitely a place to go if you need attention right away and it's not a emergency.

Dr. MacNeal and his staff, Allison, Misty, Bonnie, Jordyn, Allyson, and Brianna are awesome. I had an aggressive squamous skin cancer on my hand. I'm 70, so I'm no stranger to doctors. I can tell you it would be hard to find such a thoughtful, caring surgeon and staff all in one! They answered all of my concerns and are patience. Allison greets you at the front deck like your family, but she is professional. The rest of the staff as mentioned, treats you with respect and compassion. It is very stressful to have a prognosis of cancer, but a caring and concerned surgeon and staff can make all the difference, believe me. Thank you all for the care I continue to receive. When I arrived, they brushed me off taking 13 minutes to set up an appointment for Urgent Care. I expressed I wanted to be seen here as the Urgent Care told me to come here. Was brushed off again. Wasted 15 minutes trying to set up an urgent care appointment for me THAT I REFUSED instead of getting me seen for 15 minutes of the doctor's time. Very inconsiderate. Another patient walked in smoking a cigarette and brought in the office a little dog. They said nothing to the patient about no smoking or no pets. Doctors and staff needs to step up their bed side manners and actually care about their patients health and safety. Will never go here again. Worst office in Pace, FL!

I was given a Corvid test put in a room to wait for results and to be seen by the doctor. The lady doctor said I did have Corvid and I would need to stay home for five days and use over the counter medication. I would have gotten medication for these systems I was experiencing in the past, but because I had Corvid I should go home and fight it on my own. Sacred Hearts protocol seems to be more important to some doctors than treating the sick. I asked this doctor if she prescribed Ivermectin and that answer was no. My Grandson and my Son's mother in law and several others were treated with Ivermectin and recover in a few days. I went home and called Pro Health Medical Clinic in Pensacola and was given the help I needed. I picked up the Ivermectin and three other drugs to help me get over the Corvid. After five days with fever, chills, body aches and upset stomach I am into day two taking the medications and my temperature is normal this morning and I am feeling better. Thank you Pro Health Medical Clinic. I will never again use Sacred Heart Urgent Care Center in Pace.

The waiting area is clean and spacious. The check in process is quick and in many instances I was taken back to pre op prep before my scheduled time. The medical staff especially the nurses are top notch. Compared to other ASC's I have been to in the area, this is a well run operation that I have no hesitation recommending.

I have not had a male Doctor like that in many years. He was very thorough yet very patient with me and completely understanding. He made certain I felt safe with a female nurse present. It's not a long wait to see him but if you do have to wait then know it's a good thing because he is being a thorough doctor and will do the same for you.
