The parking was fine but maybe needed some clarity as there was a restaurant and post office adjacent to the lot. It's a gravel lot basically with no clear signage. Not a big issue but FYI. There's a handful of places to visit within walking distance for eating and shopping. Very small town feel. Inside the office, the receptionist welcomed me and was new but friendly and professional. She helped me get set up on the app (still a work in progress) and gave me a quick tour. The big main spaces were already reserved but the phone booth space was adequate to my needs. The internet speed was decent but there was no ethernet cable for direct connection. The common kitchen area was clean and beverages were available as well as small snacks. Terry, the director for the space, was very helpful in troubleshooting issues with billing and reservations. Pricing was also reasonable for a one-day pass. Military veteran pricing is available. If I came to the city more often, I'd get a subscription because it's very close and isn't overcrowded like some co-working spaces.

Although they took 15-20 minutes per customer for check-in, the staff were very courteous to everyone. Appliances: They didn't have microwaves in the rooms and the only ones in the hallway were down. A lady tried to get some instant food microwaved for a long time but it was down. I could literally sense her frustration as it was past midnight & all of us simply wanted to go to our rooms & sleep. Security: Their RFID cards were down (like completely) except to unlock the room. We weren't prewarned by the staff so my husband got locked out twice while coming back from the car. They didn't have a reception contact number(so weird), so if he had been staying alone, he'd have been stuck standing outside all night. So for the 2 days I stayed that was constant. Also the employees park their cars u front at the entrance blocking most of it so u can't get by . For their whole shift . And there is a huge parking lot but they choose to block most of the customers entrance. For the price I tolerated it and just note to self won't be coming back .

Experience: I took my husband to the safari to do a Capybara encounter for his birthday, but it ended up being so much more. We were able to learn about and pet farm animals, zebras, monkeys, lemurs, camels, kangaroos, fennec foxes, otters, and so many other beautiful rescue animals. They were all well taken care of and in good spirits. The experience was $25 per person and $25 extra per person to sit and have an encounter in the Capybara's environment. They were so sweet and kept jumping on us to snack on veggies. I can't wait to go back, I want to do all the encounters they have! Everyone in Charlotte needs to visit the farm and safari, it is a great experience.

Once the Sun goes down, the entire venue transformed into a romantic dream with string lights draped all over! We also stayed overnight before the wedding and made use of the hot tub! It was so worth it to wake up the day of our wedding and already be there. I only give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the grounds aren't super disability-friendly and communication was a bit difficult and felt more confusing than it had to be, but still a lovely place worth the price!
