In an arena where few businesses can even meet minimum requirements, the front line at Auto Armor…read more(Thomas, Connor, and Lauri) exceed expectations by several car lengths. I have counted on these folks for years for paint protection film, detail work, and ceramic coating. Their attention to detail and the care that you get from a low(er) volume operation is second to none. I can drop off any car - from my daily driver to a limited edition fun car - and they will get taken care of. I never have to second guess what they are doing with my cars. I always know they will take care of my cars and the end product will be fabulous. Anyone can be successful when things go as planned but in those rare cases where some film does not behave as planned, the team here really shines through in making everything right. Communications are just as excellent as the finished product.

He told me it will be $260 and I agree thinking it's going to to be spectacular job. When I got my truck back it's half ass work with dog hair still on the car, spots never touched in multiple places. I highly do no recommend this place. I paid my $220 and never coming back. Seriously, save yourself a head ache and go some where else. I still have a face mask by the side of the seat that wasn't even touched. I wish I could give it no stars. What a waste of time and money. Corey did offer to give me a free car wash or a refund half refund. I declined. If money was a issue I would have done it myself. This was a waste of time.

My wife called me to tell me her car broke down when the serpentine belt snapped and her friend from work was bringing her a new belt from Autozone. I was stuck at work so I told her to get a tow to Evans automotive. I called Evans to let them know and asked him to also fit a new coolant reservoir which was in a box in the trunk (2 bolts and a hose clip). He called me later that day to tell me the work would cost $1,250. I said what?? He said $1250. I said $1,250 to put a fan belt on are you serious?? He said yes because the tensioner pulley is broken. (A $40 part) I said ok how much will it be without doing the coolant reservoir? He said $650. (So he was going to charge $600 to replace the plastic coolant container - a one bolt 2 minute job.) Of course I was stuck because my wife has already paid to have her car towed to his shop and she needed her car so I had to accept being totally ripped off and pay them $650 to put the fan belt on but that will never happen again because I will never recommend my wife or anyone get a tow to Evans Garage ever again.
