However, when I've needed to handle things that require the people behind desks, there have been issues. I visited this location several times to straighten out the FREE student account I opened for my niece being charged fees because they put it in wrong. I've also had an issue with doing a retirement transfer. The person in that day didn't know what to do, so I had to return the next day. The staff need more training. A competent person should always be on duty. Additionally, this bank isn't open on Saturdays :-/. My worst banking experiences have been with Regions. The tellers got them to that 2nd star.
