Went fine, carried on. A month went by, checked the balance on my debit card on 3/27/24, and Campbell Credit had used my card again, WITHOUT my authorization or permission this time. And they made not one but TWO payments on my daughter's car, illegally using MY card, leaving a $4 balance. WIPED MY CARD OUT. Called them livid, was juggled from woman to woman. Left my call back number, a "manager" called back shortly afterwards, apologized (haha) for what they had done and assured me that the $500 would be reversed and I would be reimbursed. I was told by this "manager" that she had processed the refund herself, at 11am that day, and that it would take up to 5 days. So, I waited patiently for 5 business days, and the charges are still on my card. I have opened a fraud case against Campbell Credit Loans, so I'm now waiting for 45-60 days to get my $500.00 back. I have also made a complaint with the FTC, so that the public is made aware of Campbell Credit's bad business practices. And I'm writing this Yelp review, so that people know who they're dealing with. In summary, do NOT do business with Campbell Credit Loans of Pearl, Mississippi. They are thieves and liars of the worst kind.
