Through some deal they were offering that month, I got a free checking account when it's supposed to cost $8 per month. At the tender age of 18, not understanding much financially, I was pretty stoked to be saving that money. Just watch out on Friday afternoons, the lobby is TINY and the line often stretches out the door, which can get chilly in the winter when the sun's already gone down. The staff is friendly, though.

The bank is currently under construction so they do not have lobby hours inside, but they are open via drive-through and they were able to reprint my debit card within two minutes. When I initially had visited yesterday to obtain a reprint, they had a software update that prevented them from being able to do so, and they took my number down to call me when services were restored, and they followed through on that promise, which makes them very reliable in my book. I've gone to a few different branches of truchoice throughout the state, and every single branch has been incredibly helpful, and this location is no different. Excellent job ladies!

Their rewards checking program is phenomenal- you earn money on your checking account for doing things you do every day. I know that sounds like an advertisement, but it's not. ATM fees are refunded too! All you have to do is have direct deposit, use your debit card 12 times each month, and go paperless. These are all things I would do anyway, so double win! I don't know what more I could ask for from my bank. I have only ever had friendly experiences with the employees, they have resolved issues very quickly and they keep my money safe! I once have a false charge on my card they took care of it, refunded it without issue and issued me a new debit card immediately. We also have an auto loan through Town & Country. The process setting it up was fine, and we have had no issues. The interest rate is pretty low, and the payments are taken directly from our account, so no worries about scheduling payments. I've also used their notary a few times, and it was easy as pie (or waking in and asking). Mobile and online banking are easy too! I love me some TCFCU, and this location is super convenient for me!
