I have had nothing but trouble with the chip and the cous de gras was when I took my wife and mother's out for dinner for Mother's Day and the chip wouldn't read again nor would it scan!! I went to the Casco Credit Union branch in Gorham, where my wife and I have been members for over 30 years, to get a replacement and I was charged a fee again for the new card!! It was the same fee that I had paid 3 months ago for a card that never worked correctly!! UNBELIEVABLE!! TWO FEES FOR, HOPEFULLY, A CARD THAT WORKS THIS TIME!!

I even had to borrow at one point and they again steered me in the right direction for my circumstances. It was such a relief. The employees are always kind and very polite. I came to this location to get a reprint of my debit card that I misplaced, and they were so…read moreincredibly helpful! The bank is currently under construction so they do not have lobby hours inside, but they are open via drive-through and they were able to reprint my debit card within two minutes. When I initially had visited yesterday to obtain a reprint, they had a software update that prevented them from being able to do so, and they took my number down to call me when services were restored, and they followed through on that promise, which makes them very reliable in my book. I've gone to a few different branches of truchoice throughout the state, and every single branch has been incredibly helpful, and this location is no different. Excellent job ladies!

The promised "insider information" provided by the FAFSA Guru is nothing useful to the average family. and all questions we posed to her were met with. "Google it". The monthly scholarship list (again touted as 'insider info') was nothing more than lottery-style contests designed to grab personal data. To add insult to wasted-money injury, a good portion of time she spent in videos, Facebook live events and emails was used to sell upgrades to her other costly courses. Pass! A total waste of both money and time -- not recommended.
